All I got from this was how much you don’t love you body and wish it looked like someone else’s. Start with accepting yourself and showing a bit more compassion. No one cares that your legs loose weight first etc. it shouldn’t be a goal of yours in life. Accept where you are and embrace it!
She’s extremely insecure and has such an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise, it’s horrible to watch.
@@JMM0102agreed. The last few years I haven’t been able to watch for this exact reason. Its really sad.
Hopefully she’ll read this and gather that she shouldn’t promote such disordered behaviors

for the bottled water - same I find plain water so boring and always forget to drink but recommend getting a soda stream to make sparkling water at home, then you can add squash to literally make your own flavoured water! It works out cheaper too after a few months

Hey Saffron, please be careful as to how you are talking about your body and losing weight. With lots of younger watchers, it's important to not speak so highly about weight loss, and instead inspire younger girls to love themselves and not feel obliged to get smaller or get abs. Thanks :)
But why can’t she be proud of her body changes and for others to not feel offended or obliged to be like her and be happy themselves ?? She can be happy for herself and doesn’t need to worry about EVERYONE who might be offended
