- Join the crew as we dig into a new project. Today we remove a garage floor and the first two sections of a driveway and prepare them for pouring new concrete. I left the guys alone to finish the job. Stay tuned to see if they did everything right. (Hint) They didn't! Enjoy

Im actually impressed by the way Eric handled the situation after Ryan left. Good job Eric, you’re practicing for your own business. You just need to work on that diligence. Gotta wake up in the morning.🤣
I think your over reacting a little. We saw 3 mins of edited work. Couldn’t even turn on the cut-off saw… No one’s saying he’s not a good worker. But to say your impressed and handled the “situation” is baloney 😂😂😂
@@ChangeHumanity you’re weird
@changeHumanity you’re weird
His guys need way too much supervision for how long they have been there. I also noticed they have been slowing down a lot too. Daryl puts in about as much work as Jr does now. Love the show and the guys but come on.😂
@@ChangeHumanity yeah shut up. If he was a really competent dude to start with, i wouldnt be impressed. In case you didnt get it.
Great video props to the guys for getting it done without you. Also the guys gotta get camera’d up more often that Eric and Francisco exchange was hilarious 😂
+1 to that ^
Yes I agree
Yeah! Camera for every guy! Or at least a mic, I can never hear what they're daying if they're like 6 feet from him :(
Fr😂
@@cateatfood6634 no camera for marcel lol 😂 jp
I’ve said it many times Eric and Francisco are awesome. Eric will go far in this world with his attitude and commitment
He just has to get the being on time down!
“I don’t know why I’m wasting my breath” -
as a 21-year-old who runs the skids and the other heavy equipment, PLEASE PLEASE never stop saying and reinforcing those little things like ripping out the drywall by going to quickly. We all need to hear it and constantly be reminded that we need to be careful and not complacent in those machines. I don’t care if you’ve told me 100 times, say it again if you want because it just reminds me that much more. Man I wish I worked with a guy like you. You’re a boss when you need to be, but an employee the other 95% of the time. I hope everything is going okay in your personal life. I know things can’t be easy, but work keeps our mind off it. Keep grinding, easy money brother. that screenshot of eric in the mirror made me lol
I like seeing Eric and Francisco on the cameras. They’re a little bit older then me but I’ve been doing concrete my whole life. I like to see other young guys with the knowledge and skills too. My man Eric’s been building up his own business too so it’s nice to see him stepping up to help Ryan
And the fact that Ryan supports it
A boss that supports your side hustle deserves much respect because there are many bosses out there that let you go or don’t trust you thinking it’s competitive but in reality it isn’t! Props for Ryan on that one! 👍 get better ryan
@@jesusprado7696 yeah bro my dad works for a contractor that does boat docs with roofs and I go with him whenever I have time aside from school and my dad has a tree service job that we do when there’s nothing to do in construction or usually on Saturdays which is when I usually go, but sometimes the boss allows us like 2 weeks to work trees which gives him time to get more work opened and ready
@@Xiscoo22235 that’s awesome man a boss that’s like that is great!
19:58 awesome to see you teaching Eric how to set the step even when you’re sick and in a pinch for time. I work under journeyman who will go the entire day without saying a word, so when other guys take the time it means a lot
The guys I use to work with were like that and it killed me! I couldn't learn what they where doing. Left that place for a welding shop where they actually explain what's going on. Ryan really is such an awesome guy!
I was lucky in my trade, that a curmudgeonly journeyman took me under his wing. I am thankful for that knowledge. He made me better. God rest his soul, he's no longer in terra-firma.
Yep, and then when you do ask questions and take initiative they get mad at you because you're slowing them down. That was most peoples apprenticeship in a nutshell. You have to figure out as much on your own as you are taught. Having a guy like Ryan to learn from is extremely rare and a blessing, I hope his guys know just how good they have it because most people don't have it this good.
I did flooring for about 3 years and started off with 0 experience until COVID19 hit and I was laid off. The 2 owners were just like that. Didn’t want to teach me how to do anything whatsoever, and maybe giving me little tips here and there. Funny thing is they would get mad at me for not being able to do certain tasks by myself. I was stuck in helper limbo. Eventually I learned how to do most things except how to lay/kick carpet. The majority of my experience came from trial/error and watching them. I wish they had the initiative.
Agreed. Ryan's a great boss, I just hope that wasn't Covid he was yelling through to teach Eric. Him saying he was having a hard time breathing isn't good and doesn't sound like any cold or flu I ever had.
I would like to apologize because I know nothing about concrete but now watching for months. I feel entitled to a new video every 12 hrs, thanks 🙏…
Prayers for Scott Man, I hope he's doing okay. Hope you feel better soon Ryan. Btw, props to Eric for stepping up and leading the crew in Ryan's absence. Great work today guys!
Scott, if ever you see this, i hope you feel better. you've been a great inspiration of a great attitude and consistency.
Just wanted to tell you my stepson now watches this with me every morning. We watch a few videos together every morning. He loves taking the trash out now cause he grabs it and goes “ How much garbage do we make?” Thank you for entertaining us both in the mornings :):)
thats awesome
Cherish these times my man they grow up fast
So adorable
I love how Eric and Francisco still argue even on camera xD. Those two are like two angry peas in a pod but work together like butter and rice.
Hope you feel better Ryan. Prayers for Scott. 🌟 My husband and I enjoy your videos so much. Thank you 😊
I love watching Ryan be patient with his employees. The guys have experience and instead of Ryan getting mad because they should know. He don't he takes the time and teachs them. Even when he's sick and irritated. That's why I love Ryan's videos.
@@sanantoniotonight5569 please let me know how
@@sanantoniotonight5569 just because he's sick doesn't mean he has covid.
@@kobelcofan yea right
I just finished a 15 hour day pouring/finishing concrete and still made time to watch your video, love the video’s mate all the way from Australia!
“We’re gonna get it done anyway. We always do.
There is no choice.”
Gotta love Ryan’s attitude
3 in a row?!? Your spoiling us now Ryan!
He said Friday sat sun 3 vids
I too have been on a rollercoaster of ups and downs this year. You've encountered some hardships this year but you've been gifted mike again. Although you knew him from the past he's going to relieve some of the stress you've had. Keep up the good work, I love the content.
Bugs is also slowly making a comeback!!
Hey Ryan my name is Brandon and I have been watching you for quite awhile. I am co-owner of S&B Garage Door Services and I have been recently spreading the word on you guys and how they should check you out on youtube to my customers who are looking for floor repairs in the garage and patios and driveways. I watch you every morning to get myself motivated to make that easy money.
Love the fact that you felt comfortable enough with your guys to head home when not feeling well. I think you are a really good boss and have a great team and family supporting you. God Bless and hope you feel better soon.
Hope you start feeling better soon Ryan. it's awesome to see that you have a lot of confidence in your Crew to get things done. Awesome job guys .
The funniest thing at 11:00 you let Daryl set up the skid steer. And as he was about to sit you kicked him out🤣
I'm wishing Scot all the best from over here in Dublin Ireland and I hope he gets better. Your mornings will not be the same without seeing Scot
Hated to hear Scott will not be returning to work, 🙏🏻 for him and your other friend suffering. It has been rough for a lot of people the last couple of years, myself included. You do a good job staying positive. 🙏🏻 For great things for you, Family, and your crew sent your way everyday from me and my family.
God bless you all, Victory Style !!!
Eric keep it up man , it's fun watching you progress & get more confident
I hope someone shows Scott the comment section to show him how much love is out there for the number one coffee man …… love the videos !!!!!
My dad has a business in concrete and I help him run it for the last 5 years , every day when I wake up and think I’m over this dealing with the stress and working this hard I see you post and it inspires me if you out there every day and rolling with the punches it gives me motivation to keep going as well keep up the good work Ryan 💪
It's amazing how quickly darryl changes his work ethics once he's no longer the only one with a heavy vehicle licence apart from Ryan....and I gotta say while Eric has gotten better Francisco is fast becoming Ryan's right hand man...mike seems like he'll be an invaluable new member of the team....once bugs is back on deck you guys will be knocking the slabs out
As someone at 33 trying to run a groundwork and civils business from the uk 🇬🇧 and just started to take on some 5 figure jobs you and your work ethic sir is admiral if i end up like yourself ill be more a man than many. Much love from the uk and I wish you and your family good heath.
As much as you can Ryan, take care of yourself and be safe. Just came through my 2nd bout with COV and it looks and sounds like you've got the same kinda symptoms. Been loving your videos since you had around 20k subs, glad to see the channels success but not surprised in the least. I look forward each and every day to watching you and the guys work, and the quality of content you put on here is equal to the quality of concrete work you're doing out there!
Cheers!
It seems like a bad case of covid to me. And it's troubling that knowing covid is a thing and how contagious it is that he was all up in everyone's face all day without masking. I had to go back and watch the beginning again to see if he commented on if he thought it was covid or what. I didn't see anything about his long he has been sick or what it was. He just commented on being sick in the summer. Durr. It's covid. Whole crew bout to be sick and out of work.
23:19 Darryl didn´t do it this time. here is proof. 8:35 He clearly has a reputation but sometimes even Darryl needs a brake. :P
Thank you for making those Videos, they full of heart and hard work. Please keep it up, stay safe and make the best out of every situation. I am looking up to you guys, a true inspiration.
Quick recovery to you Ryan.
Haha, when Ryan was asking about it, I actually skipped back to the start of the video myself to check. Darryl is innocent this time.
I did the same thing I look back to the beginning too funny
I'm 1000% sure that's the first thing he did and why he always does a walk around just as he mentioned with the guy who said they broke his mailbox.
@@jeremylay1694 Most beings just act different when a cam is arround.
You also likely to cheat less to none with your work. Not that the Victory Crew ever has or will be.
Its just a good advice by default
to be honest with yourself and the ones next to you even without a camera. :)
Ryan needs you guys hes always there for everyone else ..Take charge guys you know what he expects.make Ryan proud .You guys can do it!
Have been waiting this morning for a video it's finally here, good thing I'm off today. Thanks Ryan!!!! 👍🏽
good to see eric taking the reigns and absolutely smashing it good stuff. well done Eric
The only channel I keep up on. Great content!
Ryan thanks for another never-disappointing video 👏. Hope you are feeling better 🙏 and the hole 🕳️ was already there..... God bless.
Eric did a pretty good job with the camera (after Ryan left ...) Eric just needs to retain the lessons of how to set forms, properly... Mike is a DEFINITELY a POSITIVE addition to the team, .... Marcel, Francisco, doing just fine 👍👍👍👍👍 BUGS is still missed !!
Wishing Ryan a "speedy" recovery ..... 😷
Even as a owner some times you gotta call in and rest my man! Don't want to get your other guys sick aswell.
Absolutely
Pos pink bones don't care they're only out for themselves
@@mariomartinex9843 what are you talking about dude ?
have you read comments on these videos? you are not allowed to call in sick or miss a day of work ever! doesn’t matter if you’re missing an arm, people in the comments section ALWAYS show up to work everyday 😂
I woke up this morning to being told that me and my kids are being evicted. Landlord was supposed to work with us on the $476 were short but lied. These videos are the only thing that makes my life a little easier right now. Other than these videos not much makes me smile right now

Why you begging for money
Loving the frequent uploads thank you
right!
I got a kick out of watching them level and grade the apron part with that big rock getting tossed all over the place and ended back up by the the garage door, music matched perfectly! I am sure you are feeling better by now Ryan, cannot wait to see the next episode of the Garage floor escapade!
Enjoying the more uploads of the videos! Keep ‘em coming
Enjoy watching your videos! my husband got me hooked on them! Hope you feel better Ryan.
Eric’s got it. He’s going to do well.
I loved when Eric was being the boss over Darryl!
He was acting like Ryan.... So funny!!
Hey ryan hope your feeling better and whoever is having health issues my best wishes but like you said thats part of life everyone has there rough patches u gotta jus keep moving. On a better note ive been binge watching your video and absolutely love them, and whenever your feeling down just remember you not only have a beatiful and healthy family but you also have a great business and crew over 200 thousand people that care about you and i have things are going to start getting a lot better for you man! Keep at it.
When I built for someone and situations like this happened we always went above and beyond to impress boss man when he gets back. Nice jobs men! Ryan should be proud
Thank you for another morning of victory style a great start to our day! And the Eric POV was awesome lol
Hard working bosses never get sick 💪💪💪. Great video as always ❤️
FYI the travel limits on most garage door motors are fairly easy to adjust and don't take but a few minutes at the most. I help a friend occasionally with his garage door business. Hopefully this helps someone out there.
Do you know where they are at? My garage door really need to go down about another 1/4-3/8 of an inch and wasn’t sure if the whole motor unit needed to be moved forward.
@@jdahling4738 The location depends on the brand of motor but generally if it is a modern motor it will be inside the motors cover and will be 2 buttons on the board. Use very small amounts when adjusting and test the full travel of the door on each adjustment. The motor and bracket should never need to be moved, everything is adjusted from the motors limit switches. Be sure to look up your motors brand manual to verify. It should have the steps in there. Hopefully this helps you, I'm not an expert lol
So sorry to hear about Scott. These past few years have been rough for me as well. I’ve lost some coworkers and a few friends. That’s why I try to stay positive and remember that tomorrow is not guaranteed. When I get upset, I look at a picture of my 3 year old nephew and then my problems go away. Stay strong brother!!!
So cool to see Eric's point of view!! We should get more of that sometime!
I'm so glad to see you might have a reliable driver when you need
5am in oregon, working graveyard. excited to watch this at the end of my day!
Good job Eric and crew. Way to step up for the boss. Get well soon Ryan.
I love how Ryan is sick and he's like "going to work don't have a choice" a lot of people would be like "I have to quarantine for 20 days" haha
I love how Erik and Francisco fight about nothing😂
Hat cams for everyone lol guys did a great job, crew looks happy when everyone shows up🤙🏻
“That’s how slow you have to go when you’re under the drywall” Quickly realizes he’s talking to Darrell and it doesn’t matter. 😂
Hahahahahaha 😂 😂 😂
So glad you got someone reliable to join the crew!
It's sad to hear about Scott we became use to seeing people and they became family. If you can send Scott a message that he will be missed and that we will be praying for him. I hope you are well and are feeling better. A piece of free advice. For you. Modify your diet you have been feeling sick and poorly most of this season. Your crew did a great job finishing up the prep work getting ready for concrete. There's a lot of people who are suffering today you and your crew help people escape from the suffering for a little while. You are blessed by your crew and family. Looking forward to seeing the next video I will pray for you and your family and friends 🙏.
