Sorry, I was wondering if you could point me the direction of one of your videos that addresses keeping your body/torso low relative to the ground when going over the hurdle? My main issue is not slowing down and jumping excessively high, it is rather, having trouble keeping my torso low which then causes me to hook the hurdle with my trail legs because I straighten out and bring it down way to early. I understand that I need to stay low, but I don’t how to help get myself to stay low, even when I mentally try to keep my torso bent
