@@Salted_Fysh That's probably because of the underlying population distribution. There are very few vegans, so even if 10% of them announce it, the gross number of announcements will be low. If 0.1% of non-vegans announce as much, they'll still far outnumber the vegan announcements.

Liza Tarbuck is so darn cool. All throughout the series she fluctuated between not giving a care and executing tasks effortlessly. I bet she's a great laugh at a dinner party.
She seems like a fantastic person to spend a day with!

Yeah and not knowing more than 3 continents. Only reason she does well is because she gets 5 or 4 points for every task that relies on Greg's judgement, even when she did fuck all. Apparently our Taskmaster fell in love or sth and decided to grant her a series win for free

For times when the audio is cut out, I usually look up the name of the task, because they’ve uploaded a lot of task individually. Every time there’s been audio cut out I’ve been able to find the task in full also uploaded by Taskmaster
it baffles me that both of the balloon users had the same instinct of "continue popping balloons" once their stick was already in the process of descending
Caught in a cleft stick. The criteria were "slowest", in which case they should refrain from popping, but also "most dramatic", which points towards faster descent. And, face it, popping a balloon is more dramatic than not popping it.
I thought the same. Basically, "Nooo! You want a SLOW descent!"
Lesson learned: Never challenge Greg Davies to gay chicken because you will lose.

Asim's performance on the announcement task was fantastic. A well done callback joke is great and he executed it so well
I think it's technically a brick joke. A lot harder to pull off (since you have to plan ahead and not only think back) and he did it quite well.
You had the opportunity to name the episode "Amish Sex Ritual" and blew it.

If he made an announcement during a task, he wouldn't have been able to be sure it was kept in the final cut, though, so making it there in person was safer.
Asim's "Vegan" announcement was brilliant! Glad he finally got the appreciation he deserves 😃

@@insolentish4529 they probably take a break and change clothes in between filming. but i remember reading a comment about someone being at a filming and didnt seem like they do more than one a day. they sell tickets to go see the show live so i dont think they would do more than once a day

It baffles me that Liza didn't get it as well. I'm am no geography nerd, but naming 7 continents is trivial when not under pressure, and I'm *guessing* I'd find 5 easy enough even under pressure. Anyway, yes I agree.

@@ahsoka8938 She literally carried the team task which ended up giving Tim the win in the previous episode so why she would want to do that again is beyond me 😂 but yeah there have been occasions where contestants deliberately threw the live task as an attempt to give someone else their first episode win

Asim definitely surprised me with the long game play on his vegan announcement. He usually has a kind of "fluff it" mentality and goes with the flow in the show. For him to have actually planned ahead, and done such a unique and well thought out plan surprised the hell out of me!

That kiss is truly iconic. Probably my favorite moment, just behind the time Greg went to hug another contestant, and Alex stood up so he could get a hug too. They’re chemistry on the show is top notch

There was no scene to it. The snow effect was the best, but without a scene it can be hardly be called the best. I think 2nd was fair, but could even see putting it lower.

Too lazy to look back what season it was, but on one of the cooking challenges, maybe even the food like a flag one or the meal by the alphabet, they made market lists and somebody ordered wine just for themselves to drink.
Every time they do one of these challenges where they send Alex to pick up stuff for the challenge, I hope that somebody orders something totally not related and for themselves.
It was the season with Al Murray and Dave Gorman (who ordered the champagne).

If I were to keep both feet on the floor, but also shift weight onto my hand while it is on the table, would I still only be on the floor? If they were allowed to use hands on the ground, they should have been allowed to use feet on the ground too.
The team should have argued this point and fought for it like others have in the past.

I have been binge watching this show and had seen the kiss in a clip compilation... I feel so proud of myself to finally making it to the actual episode it happens in 😭 legendary. Greg's confidence 😳❤️🔥 but then touching his mouth and cracking up afterwards looking like he's contemplating his life choices/can't believe that just happened lmaoo

This season is just full of competent contestants, with Liza being extra skilled. Yet, despite the contestants being successful, they still make it funny and insane. This is an underrated season for sure.
