I made these last night and they came out great! :)
I used watermelon flavor for the red and Melon flavor for the green and used just cool whip instead of mixing whipped cream in. They still came out perfectly delicious! Thanks again for sharing this! I'll have to send you some pictures later today when we give them out for my party!

Jelly and jam are two different products in North America, jelly smooth and have no seeds or pulp, jam is thick and has extra stuff in it

I think the issue is that the cream cheese layer won't adhere to the red layer if you let it set completely, they would separate and come apart when eating them

Wow oh wow. I just made these, sure they take a while, but they are amazing! My second thing I've made from yoyomax this weekend, I made those cupcakes with the chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream icing too! They were both extrordinary! Also 1. My red jelly only took 20 minutes in my freezer and it was fine for the chocolate chips, 2. I used normal whipped cream, because I don't have cool whip in aus, and it wasn't too thick! And 3...

I made these and they are amazing. I never liked strawberry or lime jello before eating these. I used a clean baby spoon to do the cream cheese and it worked nicely. I microwaved the cream cheese mixture a few times, too, so that it would spread easily.

It's made of cream cheese, sugar, and Cool Whip. I'm assuming you're asking about the Cool Whip, and it's kind of like whipped cream, but it comes pre-made and is sweetened. I'm not sure how well regular whipped cream would hold up, as Cool Whip has plenty of preservatives in it, but there might be a no-name or other version where you're from!

Just made mine! I made a few changes, as in using watermelon and lime flavored, because I was able to get watermelon here, and I used this new cool whip, called cool whip icing I think, and it was so easy to pipe! I'm waiting for them to freeze and I can't wait! :) Thanks Yoyo, next time I'm making panda cookies, should be fun!

@Simon Aman You don't need geletin, just jelly, or jello if you're in America, but you could use cordial, but you'd have to freeze it, then put the next layer on, then freeze again! It might take longer, but it would work, not sure about the chocolate chips though

  • @wielderofspoons

Such a brilliant idea! Would frozen jelly be possible in a normal popsicle mold or would it not come out/expand to much?

We used to get frozen jellies in primary school, they used disposable plastic cups. You'd have to be careful with a proper mould, as popsicles can be hard to remove as the best of times, and jelly is even more difficult.

Also the watermelon jello colour isn't as nice.
