- Pinch of Nom recipes are a great option if you're trying to drop a few pounds. This low calorie Chicken Katsu curry was a big hit with my family. Pinch of Nom recipes are a tasty low calorie alternative to typically high calorie meals.
I enjoy cooking Pinch of Nom recipes, Pinch of Nom Recipes are Slimming World and Weight Watchers friendly.
This low calorie chicken katsu curry is the second Pinch Of Nom recipe that i have tried and both times i have found them pleasant. My family seem to enjoy them a lot also.

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (skinless)
50 grams salted tortilla chips
1 egg
400 grams carrot
250 grams onion
230 grams potato
4 garlic cloves
2 chicken stock cubes
2 tbsp sweetener
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp garam masala
750 ml water
low calorie cooking spray

Approximately 516 calories per portion (not including the rice or salad) I’m not sure about the macros 😐.. hope this helps.

I’ve been working out a lot and eating clean for about 4 months and have lost a ton of fat and gained some muscle. Still along way to go. But enjoying my cheat meals lol
