Durability mod on Zephyr is a great choice. From my experience it's works quite well on him. In PvE it makes him more durable and in PvP it helps not just with vigilant but other exosuits too.
Gonna have to disagree with the durability mod choice. While the vigilant breakpoint is nice to get over, it's pretty rare in general play for zephyr to be over 500 health. Better to just flank and burst down the Vigilant of you want to avoid being one shot, cause you are guarenteed to be hit by a stray M. urasume swing, or a Roadblock who has decided they don't like you and suddenly you are below the Vigilant oneshot headshot health. Although this is just personal preference, since I rarely engage within the undistracted sightlines of a Vigilant. Edit: Otherwise, I agree with everything mentioned. Good video
