Since the direct experience of the true love feeling is forgotten
Once experience the true love, your search for materialism becomes obsolete

Wow, thank you for this video. Helps me quite a bit. My youth was highly traumatic going as far as living in orphages until I was 14. Anyway, it bothered me the whole" what did I do to offend God so much to deserve this or that". I heard Tsem Rinpoche say that a difficult life can be very likely due to good karma. His point being that if we have a silver spoon in our mouths and grow up cushy soft who will drop that for a spiritual awakening? Some would I know, Buddha being an example, but most would not. Difficulty and suffering drives you into the arms of Christ. It's used by God to call us home. This is what I choose to believe because I find it too convenient and easy to say " you had a rough life, you must've been a bad person". It's unthoughtful and lacks spiritual depth. Thank you for pointing out that it's more complicated than that. God's love and goodness always.

@@kev63inuk thank you so much for your reply but I've had many years of addiction and struggle. But I guess if we were perfect we wouldn't have to incarnate on earth 🌎. I wrote that post because it used to bother me pretty deeply thinking I offended God in some past life so I was " punished" with a difficult beginning to this life. It is quite simple.
You go back to source. You watch your life, learn how your actions made others feel. If you didn't learn the specific things you came to learn through specific experiences, you return. You choose all you experience prior to your arrival.
We as humans are so wrapped up in the past and the future that we don't focus on the present or now. No offense to anyone, but who fucking cares what happens when we die.
We go back to where we came from .
Stop focusing on something you have no control over, we all expire, start your focus on what's right in front of you.
We are connected, so truly we are NEVER separate EVAN AS SOULS.

You can also have a physical life on other planets, work your karma out through shamanic energy or deep meditation work, karma is only energy .The soul often chooses very hard spiritual mental emotional physical experiences on this planet not through Karma but as a experience for the soul to grow, the soul chooses this in it's blue print before coming to this planet . You do not have to go to the astral which is through the tunnel of light, if you turn your back on the light and go into the multiverse , then you go back to the level of organic source consciousness that you are, I enjoyed your video :-)
Is this true that you can work your karma out through shamanic work? I had a very traumatic spiritual awakening some years ago and instead of choosing to expand my consciousness and choose love I ran away from my partner. I have cptsd as a result of my experiences. Ever since then I’ve felt no love in my heart I have fallen out with close ones and hurt them and although I still believe I am a good person I do believe I will end up in hell when I die. Even though prior to my awakening I always tried to be as good a person as I could be so… yes I have acquired bad karma in this life
@@hummingbird4934 Yes you can work Karma out through Shamanic work and meditation. Karma is only energy different levels of frequency which needs neutralising it can be a hard path but can be done . The things you have done in this life that you are not happy with Forgive yourself and truly mean it and don't do them again that will finish it, you may have some energetic frequency feeling still come back and some bad thoughts but they will finish at some point. Sorry to here you had a hard awakening and now suffer from cptsd . Peace and love
Can take many life times to settle karmic debt. Learn to truly forgive so you don't need to settle scores in future life.
We strive for meaning in the afterlife. Our thoughts become our reality whether illusory or real... Each believer will see their own version of reality on the Astral plane, based on their memories and conditioned viewpoint. Even on the Astral plane projected illusions can exist, mimicking our thoughts.
We never investigate what our thinking is... As human beings we are psychologically the entire humanity, not just representing it, but our thinking with its egocentrism has divided us, made us feel individualistic, separate.
As an individual we think in terms of being separate with an identity, thinking as an isolated fragment, but just as you are thinking in terms of a fragment of the world - the reality is that the world is you but "individuality" with its identity and conditioned background is so strong that we can't see beyond this state. So our view of the afterlife is based on an egocentric viewpoint.
So what happens when you die?
When you or another die, you and the other are the manifestations of that vast stream of human action and reaction, the stream of humanity's egotistic consciousness, of behaviour and so on: you are of that stream. That accumulated stream has conditioned the mind, and the human brain, and as long as we remain conditioned by greed, envy, fear, pleasure, identity with its egotism, nationalism, beliefs, and all the rest of it, then we are part of this stream, stream of sorrow., it is sorrow because during living we do not fundamentally change, the sense of egotism with its identity and division prevails.
Your organism may end but you are of that stream, as you are now deeply conditioned into a nationality, ideology, belief, groups, and identity in family , etc... while living, in that stream itself. That stream, changing, slow at times, fast at others, deep and shallow, narrowed by both sides of the bank and breaking through the narrowness into a vast volume of water - as long as you are of that stream (egotistical, tribal, ideological) there is no freedom, and freedom is paramount for a different state of consciousness to be..
There is no freedom from time, from the confusion and the misery of all the accumulated memories and attachments.
It is only when there is the ending of that stream (while living), the ending, not you stepping out of it and becoming something else (while still in that framework of egotism), but the ending of it, only then is there quite a different dimension.
That dimension cannot be measured by conditioned human thought..
The ending without an egocentric motive is the whole significance of dying and living.
The roots of heaven are in "living and dying." So die today, and everyday to all memories and attachments, freedom from all conditioning, otherwise everything experienced will be a projection of the known and egotistical thinking. Death is too vast for the limited conditioned mind.
Out of an opinion or a belief the mind can project an idea or an image of God; but it is a projection of itself, of its own chatter, of its own fabrication, and therefore it is not real. The real cannot be projected or invited, but can come into being only when the mind, the thinker, understands himself. Without understanding the thought and the thinker, there is no possibility of receiving truth, because the maker of effort is the thought, which is the thinker. Without thought, there is no thinker; and the thinker, seeking further security, takes refuge in an idea which he calls God, religion. But that is not true religion, that is merely an extension of his own egotism, a projection of himself. It is a projected righteousness, a projected respectability, and this respectability cannot receive that which is truth. Most of us are very respectable in the political, economic, or religious sense. We want to be something, here or in another world. The desire for existence in another world, in a different form, is still self-projection; it is still the worship of oneself, and such a projection is surely not religion. Religion is something much wider, much deeper than the projections of the self, and after all, your belief is a projection. Your ideas are self-projections, whether national or religious, and the following of such projections is obviously the gratification of the self and therefore the enclosing of the mind within a belief; therefore it is not fundamentally reality.
Complete psychological freedom from egocentrism and conditioning are the priority, without doing this first all ancient wisdom ideas, and ideas of Astral planes, occult, etc..become another belief system and escape, further strengthening egotism, division and conflict.

The only reason we try to come back into physical form is that we want to experience what we are not... Everything is our desire whether positive or negative experience... We feel negative because the belief we hold in our mind is not in alignment with Truth (Love/God)
We all have ego
and we all want to have ego
Because with ego we can "feel" the real life, to feel the others, our communication with others, because being isolated is to deprive yourself of living.
The issue comes because we lack of energy
The ego is huge consumer of energy
If we deplete the energy, then the hungry ego emerges in thirsty emptiness
Being empty of energy, you can not fire the ego
You can not have social gathering around
Because you have no energy to start the Ego circus
And gather everyone in awe
The alternative way
to feel the joy of life is by step up in a less energy consuming mechanism of social interaction
Love
Not love because of the Teaching
But love of happiness that comes from you
Deeper you
You yourself
Enjoying the life of existence
How will you know if this is it all?
Once you find it, you will have no other questions but be the nirvana
Instead of looking into death
Live now
While you are here
To have slight of a glimpses
Miss no opportunity
For while you have energy to experience
The people want to know the end
For them to prepare
But without losing any comfort
slowly vanish into end
There is that opportunity
To see it all
Just for a glimpse
Marking memories
For the daily nights
To have the hope - no
But to never lose the mark in lost

They will silently guide you

Knowing you have lived it
you said that the soul moves to the astral plane, although the soul does move anywhere because space & time is an illusion, so there is nowhere for it to move to, it remains in heaven while we have our physical reality experience, it just feels like we are moving there from our perspective. The human being does not have a soul it is a soul, experiencing physical reality & the soul is not bound to repeat any cycle, it chooses to experience physical reality. You don't really have to do anything to ascend to a higher level of consciousness, as a soul your already there.
Hello Ben, very well made video. I have just recently watched a few of your videos. I am not new to spiritual study but of course a fledgling as compared to most spiritualists. However, I have a question. I understand we are all here for our experience. However, I have heard in some cases even if we agreed to a contract with our “family soul group” while on this physical plane. There are some exceptions/cases where we can request to “opt out” of part of this experience. I realize that by doing so we may have to go through that experience in the next life. But I am determined to see if this is possible. I have twin identical 9 year old girls with autism. They are low on the autism spectrum and one of the twins has been able to overcome her autism and communication issues and is more neurotypical now. The second twin is still far behind and is not making the same progress. Is there a way to request a partial or full opt out of her autism experience in this lifetime? Autism has nearly destroyed our family and I think we have gained most of that experience for what it is. It is mostly suffering and worrying now. My wife and I won’t be on this plane to take care of the girls after we have left this existence. I am trying to help them be as self sufficient as I can before that time.

All depends on your ego. Everyone is different. Just like eating food some can eat anything and some have to be very careful.
Could be 10 mins or could be 45 mins 1-3 times a day all depends on your will and your ego

What happens to animals when they die? I've just lost both my dogs in the past few months and it's ripped my heart out. My youngest dog and I had a very strong connection and I wonder what will be happening to him now. Can you tell me please? Thank you.

How come no one ever addresses the issue of animals other than Buddha? Buddha said if you chase animalistic pleasures, you run a very real chance of reincarnating as an animal. This video and most others act as if the human realm is the baseline, and it's only up from here. I see countless creatures every day that lead me to believe otherwise.
Agree with you. Only the Buddha promotes love to all, including animals. That’s why I regard him as the true teacher.
I love animals, hence being vegan. But it’s impossible for a human being to return as an animal. They can return to hell holes on this physical plane & live like animals, but it’s not possible to return as an animal. This teaching was given by the Divine, I’ve not just made it up out of thin air

Only buddhas.coyld see endlessly in past lives and come to see that we rebirthed as many animals atleast the buddha recalled many lives of his as bird or monkey etc.
Through samadhi meditation once cultivate those powers and can see into his own past life.
Ben teachers seems to not have unlocked that level of skillfulness kf mind in realm of pure concentration which buddhas do naturally posses.
I didn’t say animals don’t have souls. Animals actually have group souls. They ascend to the pinnacle life form which is a human being. The human being has the Atma - or Divine spark, which animals do not have. Don’t confuse this for me saying that animals aren’t Divine, cause they are, but they do not contain divine level consciousness as human beings do. This is partly the reason that a human being can never regress below the human form once this human form has been reached.
Can you tell if I am in astral plane (5d) in flesh and blood. I feel I am a living being but understand expired soul are residing with me. So good practice and prayer life is necessity. If this assumptions are correct do explain. Also do these expired souls have physical body??? Not sure

I prefer the 5 plane model (buddha skandhas and sankkara koshas) in fact it appears in the old and new testament as ezequiel angels, pancrator and the tetramorphs, mani's five heroes, saiva and vaisnava agamas as the five faces of shiva and five essences and elsewhere as the five elements earth,water,fire,air and ether. this model is more truthful in the sense that there is no such thing as material or physical plane, there is form, sensation, intellect, archetype/intuition and conciousness planes.. we dont die we just go back to the archetypal plane where there is a big test where fear, confusion and awareness of sins pushes us back to the lower 3 planes. if you made it to the 5 plane the scorching light can also propel you to the lower. btw.. pride is like a giant boulder that you cant carry ip to the top of the mountain.. it is also an iron wall that doesnt allow higher teachings to come through. just saying

We live for 100+ years in the "Astral" after every life, and can't sever our attachments? and we've possibly lived longer in the astral than in "physical"? Doesn't make much sense.

In most cases, the slate is wiped clean so to speak, so we have a fresh start again. Everything we experience is ultimately stored in our soul though
If it's all one, how is there *good* or *bad* karma?
Also, so much of who you are, temperament/mannerism/personality are biological in nature.. genetics (twins personality), hormones, brain wiring, gut bugs, etc, to say nothing of spirit-possessions. Therefore how much agency and free-will do you have in order to be said that you are responsible for your karma?
I've heard many descriptions of the afterlife.. Tom Campbell, Luis Minero, Matías De Stefano, Swami Kriyananda, Emanuel Swedenborg , Jurgen Ziewe, Pulkit Mathur/Spiritual-Bee... etc. Some suggest that often when you die, you are confused, and so there's no one on the other side helping out. Similarly, some reincarnation cases, it suggests you can compete your way back in just a few years.
Because there is good evidence* on ways to interact with entities in another dimension using Physical-Mediumship / apports, or Electronic-Voice-Phenomena..

You often hear about NDEs that get asked if they want to come back or not.. and other times, they are not given the choice and are told they have to come back. Who are the 'Spirit Guides' (or maybe Higher-Self) that is doing the asking/deciding? And after you die for good, what determines if in your next life you come back as a bacteria , a stray dog, or as an alien on another planet? The 2010 movie, Astral-City has an interesting take where the other realm is much like here, including jobs, bureaucracy, etc! And when an alien dies, does their afterlife look the same or share the same dimension as when a human dies? How about for dogs and insects?
And how do ghosts fit into the picture, lingering and interacting in our physical space? Some ghosts seem to be positive forces that intervene to help.. while others are nasty and dangerous. Callum Cooper , Hans Holzer, Gaurav Tiwari, have some good data.
And when you reincarnate you have a new set of people as your family, so what is our relationship with each other, and our family (ex. mother, father) from all our previous lives in the after-life? Are all relationships temporary, and irrelevant after a few reincarnations?
What about the theory proposed by many (Paul Wallis , Neil Freer , Jason , Reza Jorjani, Robert Monroe's Loosh etc ) that earth is a prison planet.. the end-of-life light that one sees upon death, is actually a trap! It's used by higher energy beings (reptilian in nature) in order to draw us in, harvest our energy, and cause us to reincarnate in an endless loop. There was a good episode of the Why Files "Aliens Harvesting Human Souls"
Whatever unified model explains the nature of reality should be able to explain all the above and more.. reincarnation, biology/free-will/karma, NDE/Ghosts, channeling/medium, premonition, remote-viewing, time-slips, alien consciousness, etc! For me, it would be nice to know if there is ever a point when you stop having a personal unique experience, and merge into the oneness. The idea that you will be conscious and experiencing for eternity seems like a bad deal.
The question should be what happens to you after your body died?

I feel like being perpetually punished for having been punished a lot as a child, and the bodymind is now tuned to that frequency. And then if you're mostly negative because of that, you're punished again in an awful part of the astral plane after dying. All of this in spite of a life long path of spiritual awakening effort. Some creation, seems very incompetently done. Or it's by design and endless suffering is just the will of God for this earth plane
I understand your frustrations, but you have to remember (as hard as it is) that we aren’t ever ‘punished’ as such, but that all our experiences are a creation of our own actions. We create our future, no one else. I understand that in some sense we ‘dig a hole’ that may seem hard to come out of. But the Divine very much uses these karmic depts as opportunities for transformation - hence why so many people are grateful for the suffering they endure once they have overcome it, because it normally facilitates great change in them.

I understand your plight and I have shared similar quandaries about the law of karma and reincarnation with regard to my own life circumstances. It’s true we develop certain mental afflictions and deep rooted traumas from things we couldn’t control in our lives. And healing becomes hard and sometimes feels impossible. But it’s not true. Don’t lament over these burdens, let them fuel you to remain persistent on the spiritual path. Meditate deeper and more consistently for example. Perhaps this is the very push the Divine is ushering you towards.
“Your sufferings have not come to curse you, but to awaken you.”
The truth is not all the suffering we experience in our lives is truly just our karma alone. Its also the interaction of everyone else’s karma around us. But in that, God has given us every gift and tool we need to become beacons of light in a world so dark. All we have to do is keep working to realize ourselves.

Not this one at least. I can imagine that physical experiencing could be fun under better conditions, e.g. remaining more aware of our true spiritual nature while physically focussed and choosing experiences with more self-determination instead of just being subject to programming

The only way you can know this stuff is experiencially. You have to experience it yourself or take somebody's word for it. There are many people who have and do experience this and return to this realm and can explain their experiences to relay them to us.

Doesn't make sense, nature doesn't work like that, if a lion eats a zebra is the lion bad for ending the zebras life? What is the lion supposed to do, starve and die and then the lion will ascend to a higher plane? Nature is survival and reproduction, nothing more, the idea that after death there is a form of karma for what happens in life seems like a flawed concept. The sad reality is that life is a competitive sport, someone or something has to lose out in order for someone or something else to live comfortably.
You’re talking about animals who operate off of instinct. The human being isn’t an animal. Human beings have the ability to discern. Human beings have the potential to evolve all the way up to the Divine, although many still like to play the role of animal.
I think it is a mistake to assume we are different to any other animal or life form, I'm not suggesting people should be uncivilised in their behaviour, I'm just suggesting that we are driven by animal instincts, everything we do is in service to the desire to survive and replicate

1. What you have illustrated in this video sounds an awfully lot like Hinduism, or Buddhism.
2. What if you're an atheist with strong materialistic views and firmly believe that the concepts of reincarnation, afterlife and all paranormal phenomena are all pseudoscientific woo-woo BS, and that no soul exists, consciousness is simply confined in the brain, and that when you die, you are dead and nothing follows except for decomposition of the physical body. How will your argument convince someone with those views? Doesn't the body simply decay after death and consciousness dissipate into nothingness? What ACTUAL proof have you of the existence of an afterlife?
3. How will your argument sway a fundamental evangelical Christian who fully believes that we're all born sinners, we cannot save ourselves, and we must repent of our sinful inborn nature and completely accept Jesus Christ as our saviour, or go to hell to be burnt and tortured for all eternity with NO chance of reprieve?
4. A controversial one: according to what you have said in this video, what if Hitler has come back as Vladimir Putin, and has been reincarnated as Hitler 2.0, but not as bad?

Non-sense. You're not the only one who channels guides and angels. Karma is a human created construct because humans have a need to attach fear and consequence to everything. These physical "incarnations" are a SIM. Our higher self breaks off a part of itself--a fractal--which is our individuality as a soul, and project consciousness into these physical incarnation simulations. It's a dream state consciousness. It allows the higher self and us to expand through the perception of contrast. Most horrible people as you describe them, chose to take on that persona. All lives are tailored to the objectives in which the Soul wants to achieve. There's no consequence or "bad place". These types of hellish NDE's are a result of human consciousness still attached to the soul. It's always temporary because in the astral non-physical plane, we can manifest instantly. Once we actually transition, there's a life review and a staging of replenishment, depending on the difficulty of that particular life. We always choose whether or not we want to reincarnate. Nothing is forced or coerced. There's nothing to release or balance. That's all human created hogwash--rooted in fear based thinking.

The thing is…do you have children yet? And with all due respect…the LOVE that bonds us; especially to our children, is not something to toss off…EVER! And I’ve never been fortunate with spousal love, but I feel if I had that kind of beauty with a partner, it would also add to that undying Love. Also Christ so loved the world that he came as one of us. To help us and show us the way to the Father. He would not be ok in Heaven without The beloved. Its not a Genie my friend. Please explain how you can undo Love for your children or spouse. I would spend lifetimes with my children and they would with me!
