Totally agree. I hated mine and sold it off before it got too bad. I like the Klein, Veto, and CLC backpacks/soft tool cases. All solid choices. I think Big Red sold off the option to make a backpack and the winner, aka lowest bidder, made a flashy presentation and an infantile attempt at working tool storage. It just oozed cheapness and misguided awareness of actual functionality.

This is the second review that points out the same zipper failure. What should I buy instead? I'm in the Digital Signage industry so I don't use tools as sharp or heavy as the ones in your video. Would this backpack work for me?
Yes some items from Milwaukee have manufacturer defective items. I almost at time of purchase I caught the defect and immediately rejected the purchase. Please inspect all bags before purchasing!!!!

The milwaukee hole saw kits are the worst product they have in my experience
