You guys are doing a brilliant job, I have huge respect for the massive undertaking that is building a boat. Also you say ‘button’ in the intro just like us Brits 😂
Congratulations are in order! Over this year you’ve organized a huge number of random parts in to a yacht form. Lots to do but you are well on a path to splash! Thanks for allowing us to follow along.
Matt and Jessica, I wish that I could visit with y'all in Annapolis. I had made flight arrangements, but when the least expensive housing that I find was over $700/night, I decided to back out. For that amount of money, I would expect all inclusive plus Tesla stock.. Smile.. I will book early, next year. It's always a pleasure to watch the progress and dedication that y'all have. Thank you for sharing. Cheers! Blue Skies! Faithfully, James
Congratulations Matt & Jess 🎉 the 'milestones' are always encouraging when achieved and even more so when looking back hey! All the best with your huge build 🙂👍🏻
You guys are such an awesome team! I have watched you two for many years and have checked in to this build quite frequently. I must say when I learned you were taking on the ultimate DIY kit build project for such a large boat I was surprised, but you are doing a fantastic job of it! Its amazing what people can do with the right partners and the will power to see it through. I’m not a sailor but I love the water, boats and boat projects. You are for sure in the top 4 that I follow along with Tallyho, Arabella and Life on the Hulls! Keep it going!
The door reveal was impressive. This is really a nice boat! That was a fun view. Speaking of fun views, Jessica, that was a nice ad! Wow those section lifts were something. I was worried on that final lift with all the bending. Would have been horrible to crack that section. But you were clearly careful and fully aware to do it right. Gave those guns a work out, for sure! Huge progress!
I couldn't make this October's boat show (visiting son at school for parent's weekend), but trying for spring. Just would love to say "wow" and "great job" in person. What a project!
Tucker is man after my own heart as I haven't worn anything in the last 6 months on my feet except for my OSHA approved work flip flops , but watching him during this episode had me concerned for health and well being of his little piggies ! As I should ,so should he, put on some real shoes !!!!!!! Have fun people .........
Hello Matt & Jessica. I just realized that when I was there the tops were on if not yet attached. An amazing task and so looking forward to the day you take it for sea trials!
Ooohh, so exiting, all the big bits in place! You really get a feel for all the saloon and cockpit space. As a byline, watching you opening up the tent reminds when I lived in Majorca, charters in summer, refits in winter, they would build a tent around the boat and for some wierd reason, the local seagulls took great delight in standing on the roof of the tent, pecking holes in it, little buggers!! Thankfully your Chesapeak seagulls seem more polite. Looking great guys !
After your swimsuit modelling, I lost the point of your video, I had to replay it again and again and again, I still don't know what you needed a tractor for. I guess I'll have to watch it again! .... ... Great to see such progress and such youthful enthusiasm from the "Over the Hillers" ... Stay Safe & Fair Winds!!
Tucker did a fine job handling the panels. A good bit of team work. I will be at the show on Friday. But, I have to leave by 14:00. Anyway to catch up with you two otherwise?
Over the hill 😂😂😂 You are joking !!! Posing like that in a swim suit ❤❤ Age is just a number. Another great video looks great and coming together. How are your backs after lifting the roof pieces? Keep going guys.
Great job guys, so the top is nearly on, I hope you have your flagpole ready to hoist a cardboard flag with your favorite beer printed on it when the top is secure, Tradition here in Aus when the roof goes on, and a good excuse to have a beer, why not, you may start a new trend in the U.S.A. all the best, Al
Hey guys ……i feel it’s been an amazing journey , for everyone to see the catamaran slowly morph into something that resembles a catamaran. I can only speak for my self and say , although I may not watch every post , but I try to watch the amazing content shown . Keep the content coming 😊😊😊.
Iv missed your uploads, me and the wife been travelling around USA the last 6 months for our 50th birthdays and retirement celebration, we was going to sell the RV at the end loved it so much back at it next year 👍just wish we had the balls to do the boating thing, but she hates water so can’t see that ever happening.
Thanks for the info at the end. I am flying out from Colorado to go to the boat show. Hope to see you. I will use that discount. I know Matt your just trying to show off but your rocking those caprice shorts. Nook sounds like a great idea i will look into it.
The mane thing is you got them in place and now you can get ready to bound them in place. If weather is good you can still have a little meet up by the tent just people not on the boat. Not be to much longer it be in the water. Keep up the good work.
I have my tickets. Posted right here on the wall. Still thinking of sleeping in my car... Somewhere. The city lot is "under" construction ~ leaving only the Memorial Stadium parking. No overnights allowed (not sure) but there are three towing companies in town. So the visit is a little scary on a tight budget. (Driving from New Hampshire) ~ MMM, Maybe.
Uhhh,, eating oatmeal made with soy milk ,1 to3 with water, a small banana, some walnuts or almonds chopped up and a squirt of honey is a healthy EVERYDAY meal. Some fruit for lunch and then anything you want for dinner is a good course of action for the next twenty years!!!
Your labors remind me of an old 60's Frank Sinatra song about "that ant can't, whoops there goes another rubber tree plant!". Seems like an impossible DIY job, but there's the proof on camera. Incedible.
The most dangerous thing I have seen you guys do. Every month I'm more impressed by your Cat's engineering. Once you don't glue shit together it gets very labor intensive.
'kinell! You are one brave AND beautiful woman, Ms Jessica! You look GREAT in a swimsuit and how many women "over the hill" (you *really* aren't) would dare put film of themselves on UA-cam in a swimsuit?! You, your parents, Matt, everyone associated with you should be very proud of the part they have played, but most of all, you
So....How is Matt fairing with his diet and exercise program? Don't bother with video clip! Your build is progressing nicely. Keep up the pace and quality work!

Wow. Moving that center piece looked scary. Kudos to Tucker for his driving ability.
Truly stunning display of workmanship and cooperation. Plus, some great eye candy....🤣

Yes but it was supposed to e a swimming pool
She's really looking like a proper boat. Great job you two. See ya next week. We'll be there Friday.

Great performance and video 👍👍👍 Have a nice weekend 😀 Greetings Adam 😎
Wonderful job! Amazing size and perspective of the boat and how it changes now!

Once those 3 pieces are in place, it will actually look like a real boat. I would think that to be a real motivator!!!

Yea.... This is a Big Deal ~~~. That is clear. ~~~. Best wishes to you guys ~~~ Whew!
Looking fantastic, can't wait to see you sailing.
Dear MJ your Kat is looking sweet and very fast. Thanks foe bringing Us a Lot.
That’s a lot of work. Great video. Hope to see you guys next weekend
Over the hill 😂😂😂 You are joking !!! Posing like that in a swim suit ❤❤ Age is just a number. Another great video looks great and coming together. How are your backs after lifting the roof pieces? Keep going guys.
O wow what a top does!!! 👍🏻👍🏻😎😎😎
You have a roof🎉great built. I admire that you guys embarked in such a difficult but rewarding project.
looks like those back tires on that loader need some air in them.
Loving the “Dexter kill room” vibe 😂

Bless you both you work so hard. I hope the saving of diy build is worth it. It’s a long process that’s for sure. Xxx
Great progress. Won't be long you can live on it.
Really dreaming of that day.
Looking good!
I have not seen Georgie lately and I miss him very much!
From Japan
We'll try to get Georgie in more episodes soon!
a small winch from the roof would be nice for small movements.....i like this part with the big pieces coming together....
Unfortunately we're not allowed to suspend anything from the roof of our tent because it's 20 years old and the frame is beginning to rust. 😬
Thanks for the info at the end. I am flying out from Colorado to go to the boat show. Hope to see you. I will use that discount. I know Matt your just trying to show off but your rocking those caprice shorts. Nook sounds like a great idea i will look into it.
Sorry typo noom looks like a great idea
fresh air... finally
great job
Over the hill? What are you?....30? Hardly over the hill!
Both of us turned 40 this past summer. 😉

Well over a year left. Probably closer to 2.
Another great job!

And manufacturers on packaging always say Rachet straps aren't ment for hoisting they don't know what they are talking about lol.
That el keep you busy for a while.
Oh my gosh, lol, you have NO idea!
Stay safe.
Big step closer to finishing. What is the name of the boat going to be?
Haven't decided if we're keeping Elements of Life or going with something new.
@@MJSailing "The Dynamic" is my suggestion. Because how successful you have made the changes to your boat. Take care.
Are you a head of schedule or on schedule enjoying the videos
Running a bit behind schedule again as once more we're having trouble getting our hands on supplies.
Can anyone tell me the name of the closing song, thanks, M
Pandemonium by The Mondays
@@MJSailing thanks xx
After 10 years you’re still telling us it’s eight years
Was that the gopro 10 that overheated?
Yeah, it was.
