I bought an Acorn or Britbox account, and I get them as they are aired. If you can spare 5 bucks a month, it's worth it! I don't have to wait for the licensing and the localizations.
I agree 👍 💯 with you wholeheartedly!!!!!! The ones here all have the same storyline. For example, all the CSI shows have the same storyline. You seen one, you have seen them all. Next will probably be CSI USA😂😂😂
I appreciate the talent of older actors, no dependence on sound effects(except that great theme music), beautiful scenery, non "beautified" performers, several murders but with style and always keeps one guessing! I'm addicted to all the British mysteries but Midsomer Murders is second to none! @@rudolphbazemore4456
From the beginning of this series all those years ago, we have watched the continuing stories and wonderful transitions to new leads and actors. Now, looking forward to more!!
I have been watching this on PBS since the first season. wish PBS and you tube would get the new ones. me and my mother, my brother absolutely LOVE this show. but here in the USA we don't get everything. and I keep watching the old episodes. you don't get tired of them. ( and John Nettles said he di not know why here in the USA like this show...really. it is a great show that's why).
If I start watching from Episode 1 of Season 1 again, maybe I’ll be finished by the time this new series shows on Acorn. This will be my 3rd watch of the 22 or 23 seasons.😊
I love love love MSM. Watched from the first episode Killing at Badgers Drift. The best show ever! Think every other British show I've seen since I can recognize an actor from MSM. I don't know their names but I can tell you which episode they were in.
Hello from Louisiana, USA! I have long loved Midsummer Murders. I have seen it from when Tom & Troy were driving all over Midsummer with Troy, the very bad driver, behind the wheel through to all of the episodes with Neil Dugeon as the new Barnaby. I even saw the 2 episodes where Neil Dugeon played chacters living in Midsummer. I have watched from beginning to last seasons episodes 3 times. Very good writers, directors, and staff behind & in front of the camera. Keep going strong we fans are many, many. 😗💕
@@flatstuff60 Sorry, they call them series, not seasons, and the number of episodes varies. Sometimes there's four, sometimes there's six. And I checked again, there are 24 series on AcornTV, but there is a 25 Years of Mayhem anniversary special, along with 10 year anniversary special.
I'm a fan in the states, and love the show. UA-cam is restrictive though for a new old story. Love the people , old and new Barnaby's. Loved Sykes. Smart dogs. Great shows!!👍❤❤❤
I just saw the episode (again) where Neil played the lothario gardener hitting on Joyce Barnaby. It was so much fun to watch..knowing that he would later take return as a Barnaby. He did well as a skirt chasing cad.
Love Neil Dudgeon. Please keep him as the Inspector. I love the way you can “see him thinking and waiting to put all the psychology into his decisions”
In the states I can only watch MSM on YT. I did binge watch all the shows Netflix had on awhile ago. I was sick at the time. There was no Poirot on so I clicked. Some Brit was savvy enough to create Britbox and many shows are only available there. 😉 Sorry about your knee Neil. Oh! Did you say Hannah Waddingham!? 😊
I'm in the states and I must say I enjoy watching British TV much more. I found this show Midsomer Murders this summer and I have binged the whole series and just finished this one. I hope they never cancel it!! Yes they've switched over leads and it just kept on rolling.. love it! I do laugh and say goodness.. if it were a real place that is one to stay away from😂 you may end up killed lol. Love the actors, they all work so well together.
This series has been out for ages & i've already seen it twice. I was getting excited at the thought of a new one - how disappointing. This interview must be an old one
I hope the PBS FAMILIES who has been watching since its inception will be watching the new episodes. Midsummer's mysteries have always been the best series❤❤❤
Love this show, watched the first 21 season's on Prime Video ( In USA) but they haven't gotten the last few seasons so sad but will keep trying because this is my Favorite series 💖
People commented that Betty, Barnaby's daughter, ages alot of years between seasons. Why don't they just use a different actress closer to previous age. I don't think anyone would notice.
i luv the series!!! great writer to come up with a different quaint town or burg every week and my fav was the green man. beautiful night scenes and gorgeous animals. then the other fav was the one with the nuns and the chicken coop, and my other fav one is...yes, all of them i have watched several times and just cuz usa has bbc dont mean we get bbc current, only bbc old. cuz now bbc wants $ so a subscription is necessary but no promise of current. hope to see more asap
They should let Nick grow his hair out some! It doesn’t have to be as long as in this interview, but please, a little longer than the butch job on the show!!
Love Midsummer Murders …I was hoping Annette Badland would have been replaced as her casting I’ve never found believable & in this latest series she is now too old it’s time to rethink & replace her. I’ve seen her in other stuff but she’s all wrong in midsummer.
I binged the entire 21 seasons - twice....so excited to have them back! Midsomer
FOREVER!
Actually there are 24 seasons, available on Acorn TV. The new season they are talking about above would be season 25.
@@Jimvanhise I know, but we can't always get them in the US until later. Thank you.
I have always loved this series. Hope it just keeps on going and going! I wish there were at least 6 episodes per season.
Wish they broadcast current episodes in the states. All the ones on PBS are years old. Neil and Nick are the best. Thanks very much.
I bought an Acorn or Britbox account, and I get them as they are aired. If you can spare 5 bucks a month, it's worth it! I don't have to wait for the licensing and the localizations.
Acorn and/or Britbox apps. run old through current episodes.
Britbox best dramas and gritty crime
I have seen the current shows on Tubi
Tubi has the first 22 seasons!
So happy to know they will be back. 😊😊😊
Can't believe it!
I am so happy also . This is my favorite British drama for many years. Hooray❤
This is still my favorite show, even after 25+ years!
Same here... 25 years and always see something new on the repeats!
I hope we can see these in the USA soon! Midsomer has a big fan base here! 🇬🇧♥️🇺🇸
I'm in the US and watch MSM on AcornTV. There are 25 seasons on there.
I’ve been watching it for a while….I’m in NORTH CAROLINA USA..seems like over a year but not sure..
I love this show and all the characters especially the scenery. ❤
I love this program, my favorite. I've been binge watching Midsomer Murders from the US for the past few weeks.
Absolutely love this show. I have watched it over and over again.
I so enjoy this show, watch it on a daily basis, binging it on rainy days.
💕💕💕💕💕 Love the Midsommer actors, stories & scenery.
Suppose you could say I love British mysteries MUCH more than our American cop shows.
Ditto!
I agree...I love the British shows.

Peferred the old ones. The little villages looked wonderfully quaint and I loved Jason Hughes.
I love John Nettles but I like Neil and Nick, too!

John Nettles will always be Blackboard Monitor Vimes in my mind as I re-read over and over the Discworld books.
I’m watching the shows on PlutoTV. They have season 1 to up to 20 maybe 21.
I LOVE John Nettles! Love ND as well.
oh i cant wait....i like this program even after all these years i can watch the repeats happily
I watched everything 3 to 4 times. Love them
There are a couple I go right by. The ones with the old lady who spied and was murdered and came back as her sister.
It's been too long a wait! Glad it'll be back.
My favorite series.

Acorn has series 24. I love this show. It's worth the price because there are so many other great shows.
Love this series ! I was watching in the very beginning and continue rewatch all the episode to this very minute! Can’t wait for the new series!🇺🇸❤❤
Oooooooo I like this DS Winters! So much more chill, and good hair!
Why has Nick Hendrix had to change his accent? He's very well spoken in the series but live on tv he has a very different accent.
Midsomer _County_
...not just one village!
Wish PBS would catch up - we’re still rewatching the 2021 episodes! 😩
AcornTV has 25 seasons. I think I'm paying $89 a year for it now. Well worth it compared to the cost of the other streaming services.
@@fidelogos7098never understood the seasons...you say has 25 seasons, but they are talking about season 23!

I wish I could have heard even half of this interview, it’s so frustrating when they speak over each other 🫤
I love this! Can’t wait I’m in US I hope I’ll be able together it
I've been binge watching this on Prime Video. I'm on season 19 of 24 and loving it.
My husband and I call this show "Three Dead Brits" Not always 3, but quite often there is. Love this show.
Love this series.
Please, please, please new episodes in the US. Have all the old ones memorized.
We need the new ones I have watch all of them 20 times😂
Oh I agree. Why can't we see current shows.
I’m confused here. This was posted 9 days ago but I’ve seen the episodes they’re talking about months ago.

Ooooo! They're Back!! 😉🤗
Don't change a THING! Keep (pay) the Talent! It's a Great show so, don't let the suits go and eff it all up!
I watch the episodes on prime with an Acorn subscription. I’ve seen the episodes they are talking about. Tom Conti is always brilliant.

From 🇺🇸 and ❤ these on Britbox and Acorn
I have watched all seasons of Midsommer Murders in the United States.
When will we be able to see the new episodes in the USA? Love this show.

And the tally lanky, pony tailed, sports car driving mortician and his snoopy mom who were blackmailers!
Tall, lanky
Why do all four of them have to talk at once?
I am up to saying the lines with the actors, as I’ve seen them so many times🤪
I miss John Nettles and crew.
Definitely!
I wish I could view the newer seasons here in Greece. I’ve watched what is on You Tube. 😞😞😞😞😞
Midsommers house prices must be low…lol…I am such a fan.
YAY!
Acorn streaming has all of the episodes that have aired so far.
Love Midsomer Murders ❤
Is this a new interview? It seems to me they are talking about episodes from 2022 (The "bakery" episode) . There has been another series since.
It's on Acorn TV
Bloom was on MSM before he was Orlando Bloom
When are we going to get a new season in the U.S.? So tired of never ending reruns.
I have the greatest respect for all the Actors on M/M but this show moves so slowly you could shoot at 12 frames per second 😅
I wish that acorn tv would get new season
What channel Tennessee
Nick is SO HOT❤❤❤
Nick Hendrix doesn’t suit that hair cut does he, bless.
They should let Nick grow his hair out some! It doesn’t have to be as long as in this interview, but please, a little longer than the butch job on the show!!
