We gotta get you above 10k! You tottttttally should have more subs. You are killing it on tik tok (I really need to go over there more I just wish There was an auto play option so I didn’t have to constantly scroll) but you most definitely will keep growing for sure. You are so awesome and I love your Channel, love your personality, love the fact that we have the same skin, same hair, same likes, etc. you’re awesome Rudi! Keep it up girl!
keep going you’re doing amazing sweetie! you’re so professional and good at what you do you’re videos are always interesting! btw i love your accent it’s so cool love from the UK 😌
I’m wearing the anthelios tinted 50 today and it’s a dream. I thought it would be too orange but it really melts away bc it’s so thin. Love it. I’m looking forward to trying some new filters (I’d like to try the biore UV and the isntree). I could buy sunscreen all day, I adore it.
If you do end up trying a combination sunscreen, I’d recommend the DRMTLGY Broad Spectrum SPF 45 over Elta MD. It’s nearly the same but cheaper and actually has a nicer looking finish. The Elta MD one can pill quite easily from my experience.
RUUUUDDDDIIII!!! LOLOLOL You mentioned me in your video! I LOVE your channel!! I started watching you because my 16 yo niece suffers from eczema and I wanted advice on how to help her. Well, since then I've watched and continued to support your channel!! Why? Why do I love Rudi? We are the same olive skin tone, same oily skin, same size and height, same shoe size, same eye color, same sense of humor, same hair color, and I'm also using Vitamin A on a nightly basis.. but I'm 49. My skin is looking ok, but I'm starting to get the beloved crows feet etc. I love that I get advice from you on makeup that is trending and clothing that will keep me up to date with styles etc.. I have a makeup bag full of KOSAS and some gold jewelry pieces because of you. I also love your beautiful spirit! My favorite SPF is DRMTLGY tinted. Keep up the good work! Hugs your way.
Also, it made me smile with you literally broke out on camera. We were golfing and my niece did the same thing just yesterday.. she also has really sensitive skin.
Great video! I love the Biossance zinc "sheer" sunscreen, which is SPF30. The white cast is basically undetectable on me since I'm very fair, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who is fitzpatrick 1-2, though perhaps not for oily skin as it's very glowly. I also love the Bare Minerals tinted gel moisturizer, which is SPF30. Lots of shade options! It's quite dewy and works great as a CC to even skin tone.
Mine is the Neutrogena invisible daily defense serum. I bought it a month ago because of you and I love it I'm getting a backup! It's $12 at Walmart! And the Bondi sands is $6 at Walgreens If you have rewards! I just got the new Vanicream daily moisturizer, it has squalane, hyaluronic acid, and four different cerimides....and I feel like it's really helped my sensitive acne prone skin, it's lightweight like the CeraVe pm but has better ingredients! I feel like you would like it. I enjoy your videos and always look up your product reviews before purchasing! ❤️ Have a good day!
You should try out the Australian Gold tinted. It comes in three shades and is mineral. It’s my all time favourite HG. It’s matte, but if you moisturize really well, it’ll work for drier skin types 😊
So the laroche posay anthelios is my favorite formula. It’s the only tinted mineral sunscreen I’ve used so far that doesn’t give me a white cast and plays well with makeup. *However*, there’s no zinc oxide present in the formula so it’s kind of like a half assed sunscreen, but still better than nothing. When I use that one, I use it with my spf 30 cc cream from tarte and top it the bare minerals mineral veil that has an spf of 25. Man, the struggle is real for girls with rosacea when it comes to sunscreen because we’re so limited. I’m going to try that color science one next. Thanks!
Help! I’m honestly hopeless and need recommendations. Every single sunscreen I’ve ever tried has broken me into hives. Biossance, Innisfree watery sun gel, Vanicream sensitive skin, super goop glow screen, Elta MD UV clear. What is the most sensitive skin friendly sunscreen? If you couldn’t tell already, I have extremely sensitive skin! Recommendations are highly appreciated 🙏🏻❤️
These 3 are in my current rotation: Colorescience Sunforgettable Total Protection Face Shield Classic SPF 50; Colorescience Sunforgettable Total Protection Face Shield Flex SPF 50 in Fair; & La Roche-Posay Anthelios 50 Mineral Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid (not tinted). I have sensitive skin & only use mineral sunscreens. Really like all of these. Love the new Flex! 😎❤️☀️ Tried to use EltaMD UV Clear, but it irritates my face - so I use my remaining bottles on my neck & hands. My husband loves the DRMTLGY Universal Tinted Moisturizer SPF 46 - it’s similar to the EltaMD UV Clear. Edited to add: I also use tretinoin - Altreno Lotion 0.05%.
Rudi, you’re the best. I’ve been eyeing the avene tinted sunscreen and you’ve helped me make the long awaited decision. I have sensitive skin as well so I hope the avene is the goat.
my top picks for sunscreen are the eltamd tinted SPF 46 (so so so good on my incredibly sensitive skin), Drmtlgy SPF 46, colorescience glow, and the kinship sunscreen. my esthetician recommended the kinship sunscreen since it's her all time fav and I have been LOVING it!
@@RudiBerry it is super moisturizering! it doesn’t really bother me but for people with more oily skin it might bother them. definitely dries down tho!
Thanks for the video! I love the Colorscience as well. I will say, the Cetaphil Sheer Mineral liquid is-formula-wise-incredible. It has almost exactly the feel of the Colorscience face shield. However (and that’s a big however) the white cast is definitely there, big time. And I’m saying that on my fair skin. But if they could tint that sucker really well? I’m telling you, we could actually have a competitive drugstore option to compete w Colorscience. I am honestly shocked Cetaphil nailed it so completely on their first go round of “real”, spf 50, water resistant sunscreens. Cerave def did not 😂
I agree! weirdly enough the cetaphil cast isn’t bad on me after 15 mins and I’m light olivey “Mediterranean” if you will 😅 The formula is super light and liquid and almost satiny. So smooth
My holy grail is the Bioderma Photoderm range: Max cream and the Aquafluid are amazing! Here in Hungary we also have Colorscience but the price is ridicilous!! I am always amazed how people are willing to spend THAT MUCH on sunscreen.
I’m still on the hunt for the tinted SPF of my dreams. I wish I could use the Colorscience Flex so bad but I’m sensitive to niacinamide. It just looks so good! I just ordered the MDSolarSciences tinted SPF and I’m really hoping I like it.
Girl. Have you ever tried the Exuviance Skin Caring BB Fluid SPF 50++++? It's a tinted mineral sunscreen and it's f*cking bomb. It has green tea/EGCG in it, vitamin E, 3 iron oxides, titanium oxide and zinc oxide. It isn't super greasy but it does have a satiny slightly glowing looking finish to it. It's a little pricey but I absolutely love it Also the new Cetaphil mineral face sunscreen isn't dreadful at all I promise! It is very fluid and lightweight and pretty matte. Obviously there is a slight white cast but it isn't anything insane, especially for the high SPF. The white cast is like a 3/5. Try it out!
FWIW: my daily go-to for years has been the colorescience total face shield original mixed with the glow. But I wanted to mention I’ve weirdly had good luck with the cetaphil liquid mineral spf 50! I’m light-medium and the white cast dissipates on me within 15 mins. Might be worth a try since only $10! But I know it definitely won’t work on everyone.
Those are both of my favorite too! Right now I’m on the Cetaphil train because it’s so much cheaper. Just a layer of that and then a face tint, and you can barely tell I’m wearing it.
The Olay Regenerist Mineral Sunscreen Hydrating Moisturizer SPF 30 is really nice! It has 17.5% zinc oxide, fragrance free, oil free, and doesnt have any weird plant extracts or sensitivity ingredients!!! No white cast and is very moisturizing but not too heavy! You should try it :)
I wear chemical spf under makeup and I only wear makeup once a week because I only really go out when I have in person college, my fave right now is the thank you farmer original- but all the other days it has to be mineral (I haven’t found the perfect one yet) and I’ll just deal with the white cast because I’ve had FAR too many instances where I’ve been out running or in the pool or just simply rubbing my eyes and they stinging and swelling up to the point where I can barely open them and it really isn’t worth it for me :’)
I've been wanting to try that La Roche Posay tinted mineral sunscreen but I'm completely turned off by the fact that it is solely titanium dioxide based. I'm so confused why they wouldn't have added zinc into the formulation. Titanium dioxide on its own is NOT truly broad spectrum. It technically can claim to be broad spectrum since it protects against UVB and some UVA- but in terms of UVA protection it doesn't have the best protection. Zinc is hands down the best in terms of UVA protection. I might use it but not by itself. And especially not for that price. Just wanted to let you/anyone else know in case you didn't know about titanium dioxide
Hi Rudi! I've been waiting for your SPF video, yay! I love it. I really want to try the Avene one... Anyway, have you heard of Tizo sunscreen?? I just ordered their $12 "sampler" and I'm waiting for it to arrive. From what I've heard, it's perfect for highly sensitive skin. 100% mineral, no fragrance, no oils, acne safe, almost all tinted versions... too good to be true? If you ever try Tizo, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Can we also talk about how lots of tinted mineral sunscreens have a grey-ish undertone. Like...I'm fair w/ warm undertone and they make me look like death warmed over. So the original Colorscience Sunforgettable works better because it has more of a peach tone to it. Definitely interested in the new Flex version!
The original colorescience is my absolute favorite. My skin is deeper than yours and it didn't leave a white cast on me. Weird. Maybe I just didn't notice it bc I was wearing makeup over top. 100% trying the flex next
Recently I’ve tried using two chemical sunscreen from LRP (ultra light & 60 melt in) and my skin reacted TERRIBLY. My face was burning and tight. Now it’s dry, red, and irritated. I’m so upset because everyone loves these sunscreens and I’ve never had any irritation with the paulas choice chemical youth extending spf that I used prior. I use differin and I’m wondering if I just reacted poorly to the alcohol denatured because my skin is extra sensitive. It’s so hard to tell
I’m just seeing this as I’ve been wanting to find some good sunscreens. And my mom recently got me the habit sunscreen mister. I also have the neutrogena face spray and I think the habit one makes me less greasy
NEOSTRATA Defend Sheer Physical Protection Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 50, 1.7 fl. oz. Tinted, mineral only, sheer, skin like finish. My sensitive skin loves it! And I never have to wear makeup with it!

I totally agree!!! It's such an elegant formulation
I love how you’re so real about sunscreen. Some people just are so overwhelming over reapplying every hour tons of it so it turns me off altogether.
If you do end up trying a combination sunscreen, I’d recommend the DRMTLGY Broad Spectrum SPF 45 over Elta MD. It’s nearly the same but cheaper and actually has a nicer looking finish. The Elta MD one can pill quite easily from my experience.

Why don't you all save yourself some money and add foundation to your sunscreen...tint it yourself. $45 dollars is robbery.....or vanity.
Mixing things into your SPF can mess with the SPF rating!
