    This is good information. I hadn’t thought about how noting the reasons & benefits of price increases OR just general pricing differences between myself and my competitors would justify my prices being higher than a customer initially may think. In many cases they simply don’t know what current prices are in my field so to them “it’s higher” than they thought. Which means they just haven’t properly budgeted. Rather than taking personal responsibility for getting up to date on fair market value they say “I’m (your) too high”.
    I’m going to use this video to ponder ways to engage and inform my potential customers on how or why I’m the one to choose for their project. Thanks for the info Victor!
