- DIY knotted headband tutorial using woven/non-stretchy fabric like Ankara fabric.
After many requests following my Ankara Fascinator DIY video, I have this video sharing how to make a headband using woven fabric. This Ankara headband can be worn in the place of an Ankara fascinator with embellishments added to it. So if you like Ankara fascinators and Ankara headwraps, you will love this DIY headband tutorial.

I just watched your video and I just want to know where you get your headbands and the black fabric for the ends thanks. I like wearing knitted headbands
The plain black headband is an old one I bought at a beauty supply store and the black ends is just basic ribbon

Hi I love this hair band and have printed out the template but can you just confirm the scale is correct. The length of the printed template from “cut on fold” to the edge is 10.5”. Is this correct? Thank you
