To the point, all the necessary info within 5 minutes. An ideal tutorial video. Thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
Works fine for me. Followed all steps. I went a step further and converted my Home Edition to Pro by using a valid key my college gave me a few years back. The key was for Windows 7 Ultimate. So as along as you have a valid key of any pro
version it might work. Thanks for the info Richard. Helped a lot.
Glad the video could help, thanks for watching!
Thanks! Works fine! Just want to know now how to activate it? Best
If you had an activated copy of Windows 10 it should automatically detect it, but if not you can enter the product key in the settings app.
I WILL TRY IT
I hope you find it helpful!
I have tried Rufus 4.5 and 4.3 and there is no dropdown option to download. I must be doing something wrong but what?
How peculiar, I did this only a couple of weeks ago more recently and the download option was there. You don't have to download the ISO through Rufus (I believe!), so you should be able to download it from Microsoft and then select the Windows ISO in Rufus and still be presented with the options - www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
Hope this helps.
I'm not getting the prompts from Rufus to remove the Windows 11 checks
Would you be able to let me know which version of Rufus you are using? I know they released a new version just as this tutorial came out, but I’m hoping there are no substantial changes to this process! Thanks.
It looks like it was an issue with the Windows ISO I had. I redownloaded it and confirmed the hash and was good after that
Glad to hear it’s sorted now, thanks for watching the video!
