No one can top your playing or teachings! I have been learning this new song but needed a left hand groove!💜 thank you, you make it look so easy, but for me I have to continue to practice .Thank you❤️🩹
You are a wonderful teacher and the lesson was absolutely off-the-charts. Thanks a lot for your generous explanations. I accidentally came across this video and it was so amazing that I subscribed immediately.
Great video! You dont repeat the same things as most videos. You give great context behind the choices for the LH accompaniment. And i like that you have an improvisational style. Will definitley watch more! You also dont have those goofy offputting thumbnails making an exagerrated facial expression. Sold!
Jason will always be my guy. You should do a whole lesson on the stride method; what exercises can you recommend for always landing accurately on the destination chords after those big jumps from the root?
Thank you for the video, many ideas to work on here. Question for you: in the magic arpeggio section, what is the melody you play after the Godfather theme, many colours, ends in Bb? Thank you again, appreciate your videos.
Thanks so much for your Shraddha! Glad you asked about the song I sneaked in after "The Godfather". It's one of my songs, "Plight". You can have a listen here: www.reverbnation.com/allegrofudge/song/5977265-plight#:~:text='Allegro%20Fudge'%20is%20an%20acoustic,inspiration%20from%20our%20everyday%20lives.
Thank you very much for the various techniques brought forward by u . I was always using 1/3/5 arepeggio which u correctly pointed out sounds monotonous and unprofessional . The teresso is fantastic … I always used to wonder how to do that on a piano …. The old song Quando Quando my old time favourite would sound very good can I request u to send me a short tutorial on the same … as of now I am playing on a Yamaha which has the accompaniment beats …. I need to get out of that dependency . Best regards . Anil Ratra
Thanks a ton. Could you write to music@nathanielschool.com with a couple of things: Your WhatsApp number A short recording of you playing the Piano What you would like to learn with Jason?
Lots of lessons so far 👌🏻👌🏻, thank you Jason. Could you please do a lesson on Orchestral/Cinematic composition, this to know how to borrow keys from scales or use combination of scales to come with music composition, which will help to create for different genres? My question might be incorrect, but hope you got what i meant.
Great suggestion Sharath! We do these lessons very regularly in our workshops where I can play existing music and show students. With UA-cam it gets tricky but will figure this out!

In the LH usually it helps to play arpeggios in root position if you are playing solo. In a band context, you could use inversions. However, if you are using Slash Chords then you need to see if you need Tension & Resolution
You'll have to see the lessons we have for beginners in the Left Hand. Can you start with this playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLrNNL05e9FT8_OWtzRkHhoTMekUULY7ze.html
