Water 240 grams, 0:32,
Butter 100 grams, 0:36,
Salt 2 grams(if we use salted butter, don't add salt), 0:39,
High-protein flour 100 grams, 0:58,
Eggs 3(in total it's 165 grams without the shells. Add it in the ingredients by 3 times and blend it evenly), 1:42,
• Ingredients: cream fillings.
Milk 250 grams, 4:04,
Egg yolks 2, 4:08,
White granular sugar 80 grams, 4:17,
Corn starch 50 grams, 4:22,
Vanilla extract 2 grams, 4:35,
Whipping cream 150 grams, 5:14,
• Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 200 degrees. Keep it in middle layer of oven and bake it for about 15 mins. After 15 mins, we reduce the upper heat and bottom heat to 160 degrees and bake it for another 17 mins. In total we bake it for about 32 mins. If it is a small oven, we need to reduce the temperatures by 20-30 degrees.
