    Ingredients and recipe:
    - Warm milk 200 ml
    - Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
    - Sugar 3 tbsp.
    1. Mix with a whisk
    - Cornstarch 2 tbsp.
    - Salt 1/2 tsp.
    - Eggs 2 pcs.
    2. Stir again
    - All-purpose wheat flour 520-550 g (add in parts)
    - Vegetable oil 40 ml (2.5 tbsp)
    - Melted butter 40 g (2.5 tbsp)
    3. Mix all ingredients with a spatula for 2-3 minutes
    4. Place the dough on the table
    5. Be sure to watch the video until the end. I'll show you exactly this trick!
    6. Knead for 5-6 minutes, the dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands.
    7. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
    8. Cover with a towel and leave for 50-55 minutes
    9. The dough has risen well, look how beautiful it is. I like!
    10. Dough weight 1015 g.
    11. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts
    12. Roll them into a ball
    13. Place each ball on baking paper
    14. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes

    16. Roll out a piece of dough into an oval shape
    17. Make cuts like in the video (5-6 pieces)
    18. Place chocolate pieces and wrap on one side
    19. Add more chocolate and wrap on the other side
    20. Turn over and place on baking paper
    21. We will bake very beautiful pastries!
    22. Do the same with the remaining pieces of dough.
    23. Cover with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes
    - Egg yolk 1 pc.
    - Milk 1 tbsp.

    26. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 22-24 minutes
