It's been over 25 years since my last visit to Mallorca. I was like 21 years old. I will be certainly be doing this train in October 2024. Planning to stay at the La Residencia Belmond Hotel with my hubby for his 60th Birthday. Thanks for sharing
Oh my, 1974 when i was 8 my family took that train to soller? In those years Spain was a pretty poor country and wery cheap to wisit, its 50 year since! My father moved to Mallorca 1976-1980 from Sweden, and i spent every summer in Mallorca? Soo many memories🙏❤️🇸🇪
I... wasn't expecting it to be such a short trip xD seems like a nice daytrip though, and I'm looking at the site (train is down till February) and a round trip is quite cheap.
I just saw a German video about this line and both the German video and this one are accompanied by Andalusian music. There is a significant folklore and contemporary music groups of a high level in the archipelago, I don't understand why Andalusian music is used to illustrate the reports.
"Why are i sitting on this train unlike all the other tourists" Well when i was there.. i was rather, why i´m is sitting on this train, just like all the other tourists.
I personally don't like this train ride at all. It's an overhyped, uncomfortable and so expensive tourist trap IMO! A return journey from Palma to Port de Sóller costs 35 euros! What’s worse, only children aged 3-6 get half-price tickets, so if you’re a two-parent family with two kids age 7+, that’s 140 euros you’ve just spent on a day out before buying a single drink or ice cream.
Have you been on the Tren de Sóller? ☀
Los tramitieron por un canal de televisión canal 26 en Argentina
Been on it? I nearly live on it - 100 meters Palma station.

We have to admit that Spain is the most complete country in Europe
No we don't

if you want to be on a crowded train to visit a crowded town and pay far too much money for a one hour ride… we locals don't even bother 😅

Why the flamenco music, for gods sake…!!!
Flamenco is only typical from southern Spain And anywhere else, including the balearic islands
Balearic island of Mallorca
for the price you can rent a car for a week and see whatever you want
