Is the sound audible, without connecting any earphones or external speakers, coz its specs mention 5 watt output..I mean jus the amplug into a bass.. can we use it that way too.. If you could you kindly clarify this please.. Thank you..
Well the volume is better to be alone. The VOX one have a volume for the rythm track BUT it *doesn't have any way of changing the gain!* So there you go, I gladly replace my VOX with this - it's actually already ordered and I await its arrival.
Mine does not respondent drums not and no sound but you can put iT on and of that works there is signal but no sound batterij are new. Can iT b fixed ?
Yes and no. The VOX misses the gain setting so it's not that great. Depending on your bass you may run into issues because of that. I will be replacing my VOX with this one...

I saw the headphone amp comparison video the VOX only lost to the Blackstar by one point and the category was subjective I would still choose the VOX
