- BEEF WITH SNOW PEAS STIR FRY | ASIAN FLAVOURS
Recipe:
Ingredients
250 g beef steak or tenderloin thinly sliced
Marination
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. oyster sauce\
1/2 tbsp. Chinese cooking wine
2 tsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. water
OTHERS
1/4 cup vegetable cooking oil , with around 2 tbsp. removed
2 garlic cloves chopped
150 g fresh snow peas
pinch of salt
SAUCE
1 tsp. dark soy sauce
1 tsp. light soy sauce
1/4. tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tbsp. water

My fiance found this delicious and easy recipe… we are making it for Christmas dinner with homemade Crap Rangoon, Dumpling, and Vegetable Lo Mein. Thank you!
Steps:
1. In a small bowl, Mix all sauce ingredients.
2. Pinch the end of snow pea to remove the strings.
3. Mince garlic.
4. Cut 45 degree beef into thin slices.
5. In a new big bowl, put in the beef slices and add in all marinade ingredients.
6. In a new wok, add oil and heat it.
Add the marinaded beefs and fry it until light brown / almost cooked.
Take beef out put into another plate.
Remove oil.
7. In the same wok, add a little oil for stir fry.
Add garlic and stir fry until aroma.
Add snow peas and stir fry until almost cook.
Add beefs and mix, stir and toss until almost cook.
Add beef sauce. Stir fry until all sauce almost absorbed.
