Korn is a great band. Everyone knows it. But i gotta say, Chevelle is so underrated its crazy. They are SOOOO LOUD AND HEAVY. If you havent seen them live go do yourself a favor and see them. They absolutely face melt.
Chevelle is one of my favorite bands. But Pete's vocals is lacking. Seen them live as well. You'll be hard pressed to find any acoustic live version of their songs where the vocals isn't somewhat off.
@@Francoisdp82 Yea um hey bud, thats with basically any band who is super loud and heavy, this is nothing new.

Chevelle sounds so huge and they're basically 3 dudes. One of my faves.
Underrated? Hmmm
Chevelle always comin with those great Chunky guitar riffs and great songs
CheVelle. The best band of all time and my favorite since ‘02.
omg a collab of two of my all time favorite artists. Freaking unbelievable
For real crazy !!!!
a collab? It was just two dudes talking.
same here man
@@stevenjeandetroit I’m not about to get into an argument with a guy on UA-cam. Idk what kind of free time you have, but I’ll pass
Collabe would be great but that's not what I got from it
Pete seems like such a great guy
Pete is a standup dude. I first met him on his 35th birthday by the bus at a show in Asheville. Knew some techs that got us backstage for everything at 2016 rebellion and was mesmerized watching his brother on drums. So neat to see brothers doing what they love and killing it, while staying true to themselves. See yall this summer at rabbit rabbit
Chevelle may be the most consistently excellent rock band, at least of my generation. With a few exceptions, each album delivers primarily the same material, but keeps it fresh and seems to get better and better. It makes my year every time we get new material.
Thank ya 🤘
Yep Chevelle and Deftones
Ugh 7 minutes is not enough for this episode! we needed more. This was awesome though!
Pete, the lyrics, emotion, intensity, passion, professionalism. And the guitar work, the body of guitar work. The tone, the endless collection of riffs, just goosebumps I still get. I will wear out every Chevelle album, skipping no songs whatsoever.
This was so cool! Chevelle is one of my favorite bands; great conversation!
Korn is one of my favorite bands, if not my favorite band of all time. However, I think if I really had to choose I would say Rush is probably my all time favorite band...I'm not the type of person to just pick one favorite band though because I like lots of different bands/artists.
Sic. Chevelle is by far one of the most underrated bands ever. By far to this day still my fav band next to slipknot
I was so happy to see both Korn and Chevelle earlier this year!! These two bands made my preteen years the most memorable years of my life , Discovering one great song after another and having my brother or sister burn a couple of compilation CDs off the computer listening to them nonstop in my room late at night after being outside all day long in the summer with the neighborhood kids just goofing off
Chevelle and Korn great bands Chevelle is really underrated. They are such an amazing band
Saw them both live in Fresno Korn headlining greatest hits tour with the original lineup. Chevelle was supporting and they just released this type of thinking could do us in. Chevelle crushed Get Some. Great night, great music.
I first heard Korn on MTV when they actually had music on there, but i seen No place to hide in 96-97, and really started getting into Korn whwn my neighbor gave me the first Korn record. Fast forward i got turned on to Chevelle in 2003. My friend let mw use his car to go somewhere and he had point #1 in the cd player, I've been a fan ever since..
I’m so glad the dudes in Korn seem to be doing well now. “Follow the Leader” is hands down the greatest nu-metal album of all time! Chevelle has so many bangers as well. Vena Cera is IMO their best album but they’re all at least really good.
Huge Chevelle fan here, 18 years!
Two of my all-time favorite bands!!! Legendary.
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
I understand the tensions that can come about between band mates after being forced together for long periods of time. But I never thought about the cuts and bruises from your instruments from playing them night after night. That's crazy. Plus how bad the vocal cords can hurt bf a tour is even over. 😳 Props! I have even more respect❤💚💜💙💛🤘🤘🤘🤘

I love these kinds of interviews.
Yaaay! Great to see you guys together!
Great interview guys! 2 great God gifted Artist! Thanks for making a difference in our lives! Keep it up, blessings and Happy Holidays! ✝️🔥🤟
I love these interviews. You do an excellent job. I liked when you did Heads Korner too or when people are interviewing you and you turn it around and start asking them questions. It becomes a conversation then.
It's always funny to me when people say they've heard Chevelle albums but only name one song from the Wonder What's Next album. Vena Sera was the shit back when I was a teenager.
Anti-Saint and Straitjacket Fashion from Vena Sera are 2 of my favorite Chevelle songs. Check out Peach and Ghost and Razor from their last album. Yeah, drives me nuts the radio only plays Red and Send the Pain below. Great songs but they have 10 albums of Awesome.
Two of my favorite guitarists sitting down chatting?? Is this real fucking life? Hell yeah!
This is like being a fly in the wall listening to bands on tour
Your interviews are simply awesome!! Never stop doing them.
Two of my absolute favorites in any genre!!!! 👽🌽I was soooooo grateful to get to see you guys on that tour. 🤘🤘🤟
I e met Chevelle a couple times. On both occasions Pete seemed like he didn’t want to be there… I get it, some people don’t enjoy all the bullshit that comes along with being in a rock band. Sam was a really cool guy both times, met Dean once about 10 years ago when he was with the band, very down to earth.
I never saw Pete do meet and greet with the fans after a show many years ago, I’ve seen them three times and it was usually just the drummer and bassist after the show with fans. I don’t blame Pete tho, some chevelle fans do uncomfortable cringe stuff
I love chevelle always have always will
These interviews are so insightful - really great to get that personal viewpoint!
Akways a great pleasure meet new "pieces" of the family... Lot of LOVE Brian 😍
I really appreciate these videos. Thanks for sharing ❤
Great video. I really love these interviews and behind-the-scenes footage. Keep them coming. Blessings 🙏🏽🙌🏽
This was amazing, I love both bands so much and I’ve seen Chevelle live but not KoRn yet. I totally understood the part of validation and proudness from their older siblings. I do tons of art and my sister doesn’t say much about it but when she has guest over they always tell me how great my sister makes my art sound. It’s probably one of the best feelings to get validation from someone you look up to
Ohh i love both so much!!
I love these videos!
I'm so sad I missed Korn & Chevelle earlier this year, but will be catching both at Sick New World in Vegas! Great interview! I can imagine how hard it must be to be on the road so much. I was just thinking back to when my family and I went on vacation this summer, and we were grumpy after a week. lol
Brian thank you for this 👍
Wonder whats next is still one of my fav albums
AWESOME God Bless you GUYS!
Seen you guys in March. Was in the pit,it was amazing 🤘

Not easy being a rock star 🎉
Love love love love ❤️ love 🔥
These are so great. KoЯn 🤘🏻
Both have been there for me. I really relate to you
Head ur my favorite artist of all time
Let’s gooooo!!!!
Yeah
Head is awesome. Straight from kicking ass on stage to interview Pete. Well more like hanging out. Chevelle is a freakin GOAT of a band. I've seen em twice. Both times in a 10 yr timespan was mind-blowing. And every album Chevelle releases is always a grab bag of bad ass music. Every album has its own thing going on but it's all Chevelle. They've created their own style. Not Nu Metal but theyve toured with nu metal bands extensively. Well like Korn lol. But yeah man, Chevelle just straight up kick ass. Yes I do agree with peeps saying they're underrated. Cuz they really are! BUT it's obvious they like it right where they're at. Rather being in ummm Korn status. I'm late to the party seeing this. Better late then nil.
Need to get the Iceman on one of these!
Hey Brian I know your probably to busy to read this and your far away but if you could ever play in Redding CA again it would be awesome. I missed you guys last time you were here. I do love Chevelle too. They got screwed by their lable. Every time I go to Bakersfield I go by the studio to see if maybe I can see you guys. I am a child of God and am so happy you are. It's the reason I still listen to you guys, not to mention I love your music. I had to let alot of bands go because of what they represent. God bless you and yours. Your movie hit home. I raised my kids by myself and thank God they are good boys (men). I have going on 6 years clean. God bless you Brian.
"I'd send the pain below
Much like suffocating"
So awesome
I knew I loved Chevelle...Neil Diamond records. RESPECT! \m/
Yes 😭😍😍
Y'all need to tour together please!!!!
Love ya Brian
Why didn't I know about this band??? 🤘🔥🤘
As long as Brian Warner and a microphone isn't part of that three week itch. 😆
Brutus says he remembers hearing Point #1 way back in the day. was lit
🔥🔥
Red popcorn 🍿 genius
God bless
Hey Brian !!
I don't know if you'll read this but it would be amazing to hear you talk about how you developed the guitar sound for live performances of Untouchables in the period between 2002 and 2004. I've always been honestly amazed by the brutality of that distortion sound and I've never heard anybody talk or discuss guitar sound specs going back to that specific time frame.
6:07 riffs for you guys - (Pete plays a simple 2 note riff)
Someone: “Massive hit”
😂
🔥⚡🔥
@6:11 Toast of London? lol
Reunion in process.
i was there at the 2012 Rebellon the hardest i most since woodstock 99 was there too KoRn been my favorite band since 94 hearing blind then clown changed my whole guitar journey then first show was yall opened for danzig dont know if you or munky remember in Atlanta a kid ask what kinda guitars are yall playing you said technical gear stuff is munkys dept.then Munky told me about ibanez 7 string and tossed me a pick yall 2 have been my guitar heros ever since i still play a 7 string but my custom 7 is a Dean Avalanche 7 Dimarizo ionizer 7 pickups locking tuners tone pro roller bridge.
🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
Wonder what’s next album was my fave
Jonathan hugged Head with five fingers in Carolina Rebellion.
Head was on point though, Send the pain below is a special song.
😍😍😍
Dave FInger! hahaha
My mom realised that i was pretty good the day that i was playing star spangled banner in hendrix mode and opened my door and said IS THAT YOU?! And im all like… uhhh yea this is easy!🤣
The lead singer of Chevelle is awesome for standing up to his dad, Keep ignoring haters
I like the way your hairs hairs hanging down. Bushy fluffy radient glossy bouncy matlocs I like the way you swing it.🤩
Brian you have the biggest Bushy fluffy hairs in the band Korn. You are so good looking 🤩🤩
just saw LOG & DISTURBED AND CHEVELLE at SUMMERFEST IN JULY!
🤩
Is Pete going back to his ‘07 haircut? Lol growing it out
