I haven't for a few decades, but with the pervasiveness of screens in these times I don't think owning or not a TV makes a big difference. Not having cable service might tho. It is a practice to unplug from the addiction to mind, screens/devices are just the access point into collective mind. Very powerful and addictive, but the addiction root is at the level of the personal mind.

Nice video. Do you own a television? So rare for people to be able to sit in silence. I admire it.
