Anytime you believe a thought that is contradictory to this wholeness and perfection, a belief in separateness or lack, you will feel a “contraction” in your emotional body. Be it sadness, anger, fear, guilt, pride, etc. Vs. any thought that is in alignment with Reality (You), you will feel a sense of relaxation and expansion. Joy, peace, love, bliss, gratitude, etc. This is how you can see your emotions as perfect and innocent. Nothing to even forgive. They are just like a compass guiding you home towards your innate wholeness, perfection and oneness with Reality.

Yes that's right. Personally I will pierce my attention into it as hard as possible sometimes to really "sit in it", but I don't talk about it so much as it's a bit more advanced. But if you have high tolerance you can really dig a lot of stuff out fast by intensifying and welcoming it.

Sit or lie down in a sheltered environment, imagine the inner realm within yourself where the source of - everything - exists, like a bottomless beautiful lake. Feel free to put a color around "the enviroment" that suits your mind - ask your heart, your inner emotional "machine", gently without rushing what it wants to tell you. If the heart wants to say something, it will come to the surface in whatever form it may be. Treat the information like gold, feel gratitude - and understand that your life is absolutely amazing with unimaginable possibilities. We are all part of God's universe, God, the Holy Spirit is within us and not out of the blue. Everything is within us, the ability to heal and create, shape our life is within us. God bless :-)

I’ve done this kind of work on and off for years. Some call it shadow work. Still with my feelings, EFT tapping, ho’oponopono mantra and sometimes meditation but I admit I barely do it it’s more like just 10 minutes a week. But even so why haven’t I seen any results? I don’t think I’ve felt that release people talk about. I still feel all my negative feeling when I get triggered by circumstances because they keep repeating and repeating for years. My triggers have only got less intense thank God because of passing of time.
But I still get so desperate to change my situation because they are family issues that I have not been able to find solutions to that’s why I still get the triggers. And honestly i feel like I don’t want to just get healed and just “accept and make peace” with my situation. Like I said I want my situation to actually change.
It might be because it's been approached mostly mind based rather than body based. You may benefit from a more brain/body based approach like somatic experiencing or brainspotting. I use my own modality which is a unique blend of things with my clients.
Your triggers have gotten better with time because you were learning how to deal with them instead of doing compulsions to get rid of them. The best way to deal with triggers is to get so used to them while you can still focus on doing other important stuff that is of value to you. Your valued actions. Your brain will notice that you don't react so much to the triggers and will give you less of it. Because it's just trying to keep you safe from potentiol dangerous stuff. But since you don't engage with that, your brain starts to feel safer
Everything else only enhances you when you have dealt with that big bagpack you're wearing. That's why some people do these methods and get immediate positive experiences while you're frustrated as to why you aren't. It's because those people either don't carry thay much trauma or they have given everything a place to where it doesn't really bother then as much amymore.
Nice. Seems like elements from a whole bunch of traditions there. Maybe these are congealing into a kind of empirically informed synthesis that is becoming a modern cultural artefact. I'd be curious what you consider your main sources for this process?
Honestly the working through the emotions does go with LOA community and if they don’t that’s a false law. Because when a person recognizes Like Attracts Like what their not recognizing is their is stored emotions in the bday that keeps attracting the same things over and over , that needs to be addressed in the community of LOA
Dear stranger. I am sure you did not lose your inherent ability to feel. Sometimes too hard, hurtful things happen to us, and we start to close up. But we are alway able to feel again. What is your feeling about, that you dont feel anymore. Maybe you can start there. Maybe it scares you, maybe it annoyes you. Start small, strat soft and easy, with simple daily circumstances. How do you feel when you wake up, how does the water feel when you shower. Start somewhere, you are able to feel. Keep on the work, let yourself feel, you can do it. I believe in you.! ❤
I think TRE is good but for me personally it felt like more of a muscular release and mobilization, as opposed to an actual emotional shift. Whilst TRE can be very helpful, I think it needs to be coupled with other processes that emphasise the interoceptive sense like somatic experiencing and brainspotting.
