In terms of gameplay to me this is still the beat soccer game and most fun to play. Really wish eFootball had the speed of this gameplay and simplicity in its entirety.
If this gameplay with slight goalie movement improvements was added to modern soccer games graphics I think it would be the best thing Konami could do.

No idea, I play it on my PS2 haha. I think you can still buy copies on eBay for both PS2 or PC. Or you might be able to find a digital version online somewhere just googleing around.
