Nice. I’m looking at a 180SL. I had a GM1000 w/a 14 blade 🤦🏽♂️ and I’m running a Stirling 51 but I feel it’s too light and because of that I’m getting variances in the HOC. My lawn is small otherwise I would go with a 220.
It could be your turf is too thick. A lot of folks will verticut or scalp to reset. Any of the mowers can float regardless of weight.
@@BermudaBoss I think you’re right. It’s finally raining south of Houston and the turf is exploding. I do have the verticutter attachment. Might have to sling it out.

Only purpose would be for poa annua control, usually a September application
The catcher, boy they are expensive. I bought my toro 1600 and it didn’t have it. I though no big deal..... ya big deal. Couldn’t find used so I had to buy at the dealer. Over $300 😬
I've learned if it's green or red it's expensive haha! Seriously though a basket/catcher and wheels can make a big difference in price.

Specticle Flo is the liquid version and specticle G is the granular version. Expensive but works extremely well.
