[UNI2] Carmine Counter Hit 66FF with Puddle Combo

Counter hit 66FF combo with a puddle out. Builds 100 meter for a guaranteed 22C and is 4K damage without Vorpal. Almost corner to corner. 4 health cost. Works midscreen as well.

A counter hit 66FF combo for Carmine that uses a nearby puddle. It can get tight depending on the distances of the 66FF hit and of the puddle, but its' mostly consistent as long as the puddle is close enough to hit. The concentrate is not necessary to do, but there is plenty of time to fit it in there (plus it's cool!).
