Maaan - When that lady started singing in the Deep Music joint I cried thinking about Tony and all the great he done. In all honesty the way he went is the reason I keep on keeping, cause surely if so many people thought so much of him - maybe someone does about me. And you gotta keep on keeping if not for yourself but others. Miss you Tony, and thank you for everything.
...keep watching these episodes on the loop while consciously pretending there will be a new one I haven't seen coming up next week and the week after.
I love Anthony, he always finds the best part of a city, or area. It’s never about the high falutin, it’s about the real people and the food and passion of real people. So sad that he is no longer with us. He makes me want to visit these places that I never wanted to visit.
I can't imagine being a waiter in some random Miami restaurant and you come to work one morning and are told that the legends that are Anthony Bourdain and Iggy Pop are going to be seated in your section.
In a world now obsessed with broadcasting 'content' instead of calibrating and re-calibrating impactful stories - you know, working the narrative and taking real risks - Bourdain is hugely missed as an uber essayist! He's left a huge gap!
Tony describing Miami as a non-judgmental place would be funny if it wasn't so heartbreaking now. I really hope Florida is embarrassed having that De Santis creep representing them.

Iggy and Anthony for closing was the perfect desert!
If I had one wish, it would be that Bourdain would be retired, with his wife and kid, and living in Miami, happy and healthy. Miss you man
I’d wish for a million wishes
And the best part about him is he would not want you to wish that man! He would want you to wish happiness for yourself
@@braydens5224 nah he’d want a million wishes

The best wish man.

Nice to see Anthony soaking up the words from Iggy when he’s describing the perfect day in Miami. Real knows real.
Absolutely. I just wish he would have followed Iggy's example and just retire to Florida and enjoyed himself.

The La Grande Bellezza tribute is brilliant! PERFECT for Anthony, as a character and a human being!

My brother golfed with Iggy and his Dad many years ago in LA area. They had such fun and shared the tea Iggy brought along. Yes, real tea.

Never thought of or saw Iggy Pop in this way. So humble, so quietly endearing. So poetic. Such a wonder. Thank you both for what you leave behind.
Thought that's exactly what he was?
@@Clithero listen to his songs ...they mean alot more than you think
Look forward to these. Thanks again.
Miss you, Anthony.
Never ever wanted to visit Florida, but Tony Bourdain has forced me to have second thoughts on that.

Entonces se puede decir que en Miami no tiene gastronomía propia, la que tienen es culturalmente apropiada de los inmigrantes que la habitan.
Like everywhere I guess, everything comes from something.
