I don't know who needs to hear this, but be more like Brother. Finding a 'Brother' to play with, is always the best. As someone who is getting older in gaming, and have had a lot of 'Brother's' come and go....the world needs more. We could all use a 'Brother.

Micro-Macro, when a minority imposes the game dynamic to the detriment of all, ALL tend to band together and rebel. Same in the real world. And notably, those who "rule" in real life have in common with gaming "rulers", a lack of intelligence, creativity, OR morality.
Not sure why you’d believe any UA-camr about their side of things. It’s within their own interest to generate some drama. I’m not saying this guy did that but it’s also another possible scenario.

You only exist to provide an ego trip for the ingroup. Threaten that and you get banned.

Didnt seen the rest of the video yet and I already had this in my mind when he said the admin came to "check the doors" I knew hes either playing with them or giving his friends info so they can have "fun" by driving ppl off the server by raiding them even thou they didnt find them on their own... on one side it give the server more action but on the other you are in an unfair disadvantage... the "brothers" base was cool as fk!!! the position... but this? admin spying and giving info? I knew it had to be that the moment he mentioned admin did something he shouldnt... fk this game... PvP would be good if the admin would not participate in the game other then maintaining it

You put too much effort into the video, into how to tell the story, into the flashbacks, thoughts, everything, it was like watching a movie and very interesting. I think this is the first time I've seen Project Zomboid (more than 1 clip) and I really loved it, I hope to buy it soon. I hope you can have a larger audience, because this work is tremendous.

I loved all the screenshots everyone took of towing the cars at the end during the credits.
Big agree on admins playing in game. If you want to troll like that Admin who was meowing did, that's cool. But don't insert yourself as the largest, not to be fucked with clan on the server and get pissed when you get outsmarted and then issue a temper tantrum ban

I love the way this entire thing is formatted and framed. The way it's told like a story had me on the edge of my seat. I was feeling tense, nervous and super excited to see what happened next! I love when people can take a game not always meant for stuff like roleplaying and still make a narrative out of the journey they take on it! The editing isn't overbearing or too flashy, just dramatic and clean enough to enhance the storytelling. The clean transitions camera movement everything is just really swell! I love the sound design too.
I hope you make another video like this! I would watch more in a heartbeat, especially if they get longer than this
Really glad you liked it, it took a lot of time but it was so worth making every detail as perfect as I could- I will say though if you want this quality in a longer format expect me to take a few months to pump something like that out lol

It's just that content like this reminds me of stuff like 100 days hardcore Minecraft videos which I also watch a lot. It's great background noise for when I'm doing another task while still being engaging to watch on its own
I still don't understand why the admin. Made you move bases... perhaps because your first base was so well hidden and since they were so close to The Cult Clan, theh wanted your base easily raid able and found. If so, than that's really scummy, and low handed on the admins side.

I really hate it when admins are like that. Playing on a dictatorship, where the deck is stacked against you. I'm glad to see that despite their revenge ban. You got on top of it, and got some great content whilst at it.
It's because they're a bunch of 120lbs nerds and that's the only way they're gonna hold any real power over anyone in their life. Basically the same case as reddit/discord mods

Servers should be rated by every player in the game and up or lower their ranks based on it. This server would get bottom ranking, leaving it dead.
As to not abuse this system, the vote should only be allowed once per Steam user who purchased the game. I guess whales can still buy copies of their game in other accounts and raise the rank of their server, but all that would do is to give devs and Valve even more money lol @@Wolfnacht

Only thing worse than sweaty gamers are power-tripping admins. What made them think playing on their own server while knowing everyone's location was fair? And the fact they try to ride their high horses to uphold conflicting rules on a PVP server and accuse you of cheating when you have clear evidence against their claims. Incredible. I hope they got what they deserved!
This video was so well done. The whole thing literally felt like a movie, and when the ending came and "Kung Fu Fighting" starting playing it genuinely made me smile. Great work man, and props to other players like Brother for being a part of it.
This video is kinda wild since it displays blatant corruption in a metaphorical "Server Government" which would be server Owner and Admins. Makes me wonder what Governments around the world hide from their citizens. Since this is a Project Zomboid video I didn't expect to be shown a great lesson about the human condition. Great video!

Its a shame that those admins where so aggresive, i read trought the conversations you had with them and it was hinestly sad. Since the day i first try this game( a lot of time has passed) i feel that it needed multiplayer and pvp, and now that i see a pvp server for the first time trought your story im hyped as f to play it again. Keep on putting the content, its great.

I'm 50 or so hours into the game (entirely solo or with friends), with many times more hours of research and learning. I am convinced this is the best game ever created, but I get too frustrated to with the setbacks caused by my lack of skills so I play in stints. This video has convinced me to give PVP servers a shot. This looked like so much fun and in the new year I would like to try out putting my mark on your server if you'd have a noob like me :)

@HarvestZ ever thought about protecting skill books. Been on Z1 for 48 hours and hearing people can download the map to find skill books and are going to steal them. Admins in the discord also don't seem ... friendly @douglas @enji

Man I'm so glad you started your own server. Hate people that power trip and basically cheat when they no longer have the upper hand. I didn't have a problem with no building to get in people's base but everything else was insane.

I recommend that you do try the game. If you enjoy survival games with zombies, but far more indepth with its immersion and survival aspect. Skills like Cooking, Metalworking, Carpentry and more. Stats to keep track of such as happiness, boredom, depression, injuries. Even calories you need to keep track of otherwise you'll become overweight or underweight. You can exercise, increase your fitness and body strength.
Incredibly fun, but difficult, game. Better with friends tho, I'll admit.

I'm glad I stumbled on your vid, man. It told a story that was outstandingly paced from beginning to end. I particularly loved how you chose to set up each scene with music that would add to the vibe at that point, with the sections of storytelling monologue being accompanied with subtle music that could easily and seamlessly shift to music that set you on the edge of your seat as tensions flare on screen. Everything came together to turn your video into a cinematic experience that stands apart from other videos in the same vein in it's own distinct way.

OMG this video is just amazing. Such a great story and the fold of events that happened each after another is just too much to stop watching! It is sad however that you got banned twice... The first one was dumb, because the base owners didn't take that into account that maybe someone could build floors to it on the site. And the second one is just pure genius. The cult group didn't prepare or test enough to see that you could push cars with your own. That was their fault. They could of actually built walls around the entrance to prevent that but they ended up getting too cocky lol.
Also brother is the MVP and such a good story telling RP from the beginning. I liked the idea how at first he didn't know to trust you or not, wanted to talk it out first and then there it goes nice team building. This video kinda reminds me of a scenario in 7 days to die...
Me and my team mate raided some castle build with a huge drop pit, but was very surprised due to how huge it is made by one person. Only to realize it is one of the admins cheating in things to make it possible which explains why it had a lot of resources. But eventually he cried to the server owner and asked my team mate how exactly we broke in. The cheating admin got caught in the act and left the team shortly. This video just simply reminds me of that and I have to thank you!

Man, I sat right here and truly enjoyed all of that. I had a similar experience in the game Ark: Survival Evolved back in its early days. As crappy as it is to have these people end your time with ban power trips, the journey to 1 up them and force their power leaves great memories.
