    Wondrous! I felt great after this session, although I didn't sleep very well last night. The sigh produces a feeling of emotional and physical relief too.

    I prefer to take 2 quick sniffs, that fill up the lower part of the lungs and then exhale through pursed lips.

    This is great at increasing my hrv I can get it from 21 to 100 plus (125 on a good day). I’ve tried doing the voo breath on the exhale which works well.
