Inc thing I would suggest is not call it “your anxiety,” or your depression. A therapist told me that sends a subconscious message …… rather refer to it as the anxiety or the depression…..

Sir, I would like to do this Coherence Breathing meditation multiple times in a day, as I suffer from severe stress and anxiety and depression among other mental disorders. I noticed I felt mentally better and more peaceful every time after doing this. Is it okay to do it multiple times in a day ?
Do you have any more like this but with a bit more talking - ie. saying breathe in and breathe out etc? For when needing to close eyes and rest but also anxiety is out of control. Sometimes a bit more voice guidance would be helpful. Thanks
Totally normal. With consistent practice, it feels more and more comfortable. Eg. I used to struggle with 7bpm; now 5 is perfectly comfortable and 7 feels fast
There is "Forrest Knutson y.t ch he does 7,6",5,4,3 seperate videoz for HRV the out breath is to be longer and he does do this they are 10 to 11 minutes long .Im posting this to help not to be a smart alec there is no ill intent here.❤❤❤

This exercise was done to a 4 count in and out. That’s 7.5 breaths per minute. But headline says 5 breaths a minute. Am I missing something?
Yes, you've missed the explanation in the beginning of the video that mentions the counting decision. 7.5bpm is considerably faster!
1 count takes about 1.5 seconds
