I think casteism will not end anytime sooner. As whenever we meet an Indian outside or inside in our country, He or She will anyhow try to know our caste and then will further make the conversation by judging accordingly. I have personally experienced this specially in our country India and three times when I was out of India by an Indian citizen. We Indians born with this casteism and die with it. That's hard to digest for few of us but that's true.

, if one person gets the govt job , then he and his family then onwards should not be eligible for reservation.
2. Reservation must be given to only those who belong to a certain category but below creamy layer ( based on income ).
3. Reservation must not be applicable for Higher post like IAS, ips, first class officer , grade 1 scale , PG or specialization in medical field ..and such other . These post must b filled based on merits.
Agreed to your first two points but your third point is partially true, if no one from sc/st/obc community will be there to represent them who will acknowledge us about their situation.
In medical, engineering field reservation is not an affirmative action, it is only a political tool.

Let me correct here, Article 16(4) states reservation for both Educational and socially backward. In this video both are confused.
All I could see in his eyes was pain he has suffered because of reservation, any type of reservation is nothing but a punishment for others who don't have it. To all those who are not socially backward now by achieving jobs and big posts using reservation, can you tear your reservation certificate, I mean the purpose has been fulfilled now leave it.
Perhaps what u have said is right but just come out of the cities and just go to Rural parts, villages where you will find that a particular community is living together (general category have their own area, obcs their own area, sc & st have their own areas demarcated and see the development and standard of living in those areas you will still find huge variation. Most of India is still rural just, if people are not ready to mix there and just mark thier area ,you cannot see wholesome development and will curse reservation but it is harash truth that there is still disparity.

At least the can better replace these quacks in rural government hospitals if government makes it mandatory ( at least for 7-8) years for them who avail reservation in medicine. But the fact is the vote bank by politicians who have no caste and creed. At least they are better than quacks. I hope you understand me.

I am from sc community from a well educated family and with good financial background and well good in every aspect by most of the people in our locality .. And its been 30+ years by living in my place but fir bhi hamare yha society ke log hamein discriminate krte hai.. Hamare 2 ghr hai aur puri locality me sabse jyda nice built house hamare hai aur well cultured and well equipped families hai aur apni locality me sabse pehle ke ham log hai isse pehle yha kuch nhi tha 2-4 houses the bhot dur dur aur jungle area tha but ab apna area developed ho chuka hai aur metro bhi aa gyi hai yha .. Pehle ke log koi bhed bhaav nhi krte the kyuki sab bankers the aur apni colony banker colony thi but mostly sab delhi settle ho gye aur yha new families ne aane lage but jab inhe pata chalta hai ki ham iss caste se hai to log katne lage... Yha kisi ke ghr shadi hoti hai ya koi function hota hai to sab ke ghr invitation dete hai but hamare 2 ghr chodd diye jaate hai .. Peeth puche jaati suchak shabd bolte hai... Colony me koi bhi program hota hai sab ko bulaya jata hai bas hamare 2 ghr chodd diye jaate hai aur aisa nhi hai ki anpad log hai sab padhe likhe log hai ye aur accge background se hai aur hamari colony bhi posh area me aati hai but fir bhi logo ki mentality khtm nhi ho rhi aur ye buddhe uncle baat kr rhe hai reservation ke upar.... Mere father govt bank se manager post se retired hai aut mai bhi ministry me posted hu aur status me bhi acche hai but fir bhi discrimination face krte hai to baaki normal families ka kya haal hota hoga...jab tak jaatiwaadi mansikta logo ke ander se nhi jayegi reservation ka ant bhi nhi ho payega pehle logo ko casteism band krna hoga tab hi kuch ho sakta hai...
