Chhattisgarh is the land of intellectual people. Generally chhattisgarhi people are calm and composed and do not indulge in unwanted nuisance. There is a no question of centre and state. If a government have will than they have to extend all welfare measures in by and large. Especially don't encourage the so called Jumla lobby.
