@@bossbulldog1134 lol you're kidding yourself if you think it's not perfectly natural for the average person to be at least a little self conscious or have a level of pride in their appearance and way they act around others that they want to maintain whatever their age. Doesn't matter how old or young people are and it's certainly not a childish thing. It's probably even the opposite, otherwise it would mostly be adults that you see climbing on a playground rather than kids!

As a person with generalized anxiety disorder, this is basically every experience for me. It can get pretty exhausting.

The chair is humanity, the beach is Oprah
The chair represents what we perceive to be a limited amount of prime property that cannot be shared, therefore most people go to extreme lengths to fight over it, whether it be fighting through combat or through economic one-upmanship. But these two fellas overcame all that and just shared the damn chair. And they ended up all right. Perhaps they even ended up better for learning to compromise & getting closer to one another, overcame the fear & uncertainty they originally had about each other. Learned to get along & share. It was a win-win.
