I rented a unit in Milano for 6 months back in 2017 (which is supposedly to last for a year) I paid everything but during my 6th month on January of 2018, they got me evicted. They accused me of something that I don’t actually do. They offered to refund my payments but it was a long and tiring process to retrieve my refunds. Natanong ko lang sa’yo kung nasa Milano ka pa at that time kasi for sure ‘yung pagpalayas ng staff sa’kin ay malaking issue sa Milano noon. Baka lang may narinig kang balita. That’s why I asked.

They did not show any feature of the condo except for the amenities. Architectural design appears to be too cold not cozy. It's all hallways and doors. I like an open concept condo not this one.
That’s a horrible small kitchen . I dunno it’s not a nice layout . I’m sure she will make it pretty with her own touch but the basic layout is so so. I’m glad it’s free ! Pia shouldn’t buy from century properties they are not so impressive !
Normal naman po sa condo ang hindi pagsampayin ang tenants ng damit sa balcony. It may cause an accident pa pagtangayin ang damit kasama ang hanger. Condo po ito hindi tenement.

So yeah chaka pa cguro sa una, but then its a big size so definitely mas magandang ayusan!
