Never tell any woman about your income or wealth. None of her business. Many thigs should be kept private.
Facts
Don't go to the Philippines. You people just want young women to have sex with.
Stay where you are!!!
Incorrect my girl is in her 30s
Like as if anyone’s listening. 😂😂😂😂😂
All solid points made
Thank you
I was there during the revolution back in the 80's. At one point I had Marcos on one tv channel and rebels on another, they had taken a tv station. All these tips were valid back then too.
Yes sir 🫡
This is great advice for newbies. After they live in the P.I. for about 6 months, all of this will be old hat to them.
Yes 👍
Good advice bro thanks for sharing 👍
Yes sir
Disconnecting and just living sounds so wonderful. I needed to hear this. 🫡

Good information on point
Thanks hope to be there next year
Very nice 🤝
Excellent info here brother. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. 🙏🏻
No problem 🤝
Good advice. Protect your privacy. Don't share too much information or even unecessary facts that aren't needed to be discussed. Know your boundaries whenever you deal with people. Be selective of people you hang out with. Avoid or limit getting too close to everyone in a group or squad. Don't be lured by "too intrusive, over the top friendly/ overly clingy people". Try to know a bit of their behaviour, background and education. Stay on the safe side, don't eat everything they tell you to eat. Go to safe places and more accessible places where you can get help in case of emergency. Con people around but there are genuinely decent and good people just like in any other countries. Don't be too opinionated, arrogant, demanding, entitled, self-important, behaving priviledged and boldly condescending. People here appreciate kindness, empathy and well-mannered gesture. Never be a critic when it comes to religion, most people are Catholic and supertitious. Be cordial, polite and don't act stingy but stay careful. Keep your money safe in your beltbag and don't flex them unless you are in a top notch places where people don't actually get impressed by the presence of tourists. Be hygenic, very important. People get turned off easily when foreigners stink or has zero hygiene. There are tons of super well off people here too, billionaires and multi-millionaires and have lots of assets and are fluid but they don't need to show off so you can't always expect that people are keen at having foreign friends; vast majority of people have traveled abroad and have foreign friends so they don't feel interested at babysitting foreigners, stay independent. Know who to befriend and trust. Choose wisely.
Ok ok
Good advice.
Sound like some lessons learned.
Thank you my friend. 🤝
As always thanks for your content man!
My pleasure
Nice share. A word to the wise is sufficient.

#6 Never tell a Rent-a-Ho your real name.
Lol
He is right. Never let them sleep in your hotel room. When you shower take all your valuables with you and lock the door. Take her phone with you. Kick them out after you get what you want. The best thing to do is have them shower with you.
Never let them alone with your their phone or your valuables.
My brother was a U.S. air marshal and he and his partner brought a fugitive back to the Philippines and his partner got two girls in his hotel room and the guy woke up in the morning with everything gone, even his clothes, badge and all. LMAO.
My brother was a good boy and stayed in his room alone. Smart move.
Thank you sir! Excellent advice

Well Said

The greatest advice I've ever gotten truth!! I'm going to follow it life changing. Im there in November for the first time thank you sir !! 😊
You’re welcome.
Hi sir jasper watching here
Thanks for coming
This is facts! I lived the "rich life" my first 90 days here in Thailand. Now I'm paying (budgeting) myself $2,000 per month from my income to live. Been in Thailand 15.8 months now. I truly spend on average $1,400 per month out of the $2,000, and that's including all necessities plus clubs and buying a bottle with mixers every other week. It's totally possible to do it for MUCH less! I've tested it an lived on $980 one month, to include one weekly foot massage, few beers on weekends at the beach with Live music local artists, and eating local street vendor delicious foods. From my research, it does look like my move, soon, to the Philippines, on $2,000 budget per month, I'll also be able to live a great life. Looking forward to it. Great content!
Thank you trader 🙏
I wonder where is cheaper between the 2..although I think medical is better in Thailand
I'm retiring next summer. I'll have SSDI and VA disability. Been to Subic/Clark several times whilst in the Navy, but that was 30 years ago. I have a friend that has offered me his condo in S Manila for as long as I need (his wife loves Texas so much that she won't go home for any reason). I want to go scuba diving/snorkeling and find a place to settle down. Subbed.
Salute 🫡
You will enjoy retirement here. My advice is do not jump in with both feet. Come here for 6 months to a year first. Don't burn your bridges at home.
On my island there is a place called Puerto Gallera. One of the top ranked diving destinations in the world. One of the most beautiful places on the planet is this island. Two totally different climates depending which side you are on. White beach in puerto is good. I like Sabang much better. More of an asian tourist town. I love korean food and koreans so its my kinda place. There is a restaurant called Fred's in Sabang he is german and has great western food. As far as living there you can get luxury gated commumity overlooking the ocean for about 500 U.S. a month. You can live a short drive from Puerto and get a whole house for about 200 a month. It is safe here you do not need to worry about the Abusyeff or NPA. The NPA is here but they do not bother foreigners. I live center island on the Oriental Mindoro side. I have ridden my motorcycle all over this island deep in the mountains among the mungyans. I have never felt unsafe. Just keep to yourself and dont give any real information out about yourself.
Thank ya kindly, Sir 🎉

My favorite answer is I’m not sure I just got here.
😂
The friendliness is only a facade. They will never tell you how they really feel. If you are a foreigner you will never fit in, you have no rights, you can never own real-estate. Your name might be on the deed but it will never count. You will never own a business. If you buy a motorized vehicle buy new. Many a headache in buying used motorized vehicles.
The cost of a human life is about 100k pesos. You can buy your way out of anything if you have enough money. Ultimately my advice to a foreigner here is take what you want and get out. I do not advise anyone to break the law or hurt people but there are times you are going to have to fight and you will lose one way or the other. Never say fk or bullsh__. They do not know the f word has good meanings and do not know the real meaning of bs. It is extremely offensive to them. Never yell at anyone or hurt their pride. The consequences will last for years.
Stay away from the witches and warlocks. There is always at least one in every community. That is not a joke.
If you ever get dengue once, leave asia. If you get it a second time there is a very high likelihood you can hemorrhage internally and externally. That is a bad thing to get. If you get bit by an animal or a person get rabbies shots each incident. Do not swim in freshwater lakes or streams here. There is brain eating amoebas in the waters here.
Best way to travel here is by motor. Especially in country provinces.
I noticed you had a channel after seeing a short on youtube. You have got it pretty much pegged. I hope people take your good advice. This is not a place to call home. In my opinion. I have learned a lot in the past 18 years. The worst of in in the last 5. Little intricate horrors that take a long time to realize the truth about.
Wow, thank you for the information, my friend. 🫡
good info
Thanks
Good advice!!!
Thank you
This is kind of how I look at it: we walk without fear. We use our wise mind. We check our ego at the port of entry. Because, I feel that the ego is the greatest downfall of all of mankind. Be a watchstander. Look all around. Observe. Report back to yourself. One does not need to get too carried away with these things that I say. I think you will be much safer there than in many places on this planet. Just be aware.
You
Yup
Thank you sir ❤

Good words.

I hate to arrive and be pulling a piece of luggage around. That screams hey everyone look at me: I'm a 60 year old white American guy newbie just arriving...
😂📲😂
Facts
#1 is very important. I was on P Burgos street today, and two guys with tattoos on their faces tried to sandwich me (get me to walk between them, so they can pick pocket). I went around them and the followed me into the street. I shoved one guy twice, was about to start swinging. I didn't think something like that would happen at 2:00 PM on a busy street.
Wow
I spent quite a bit of time on P Burgos when I lived next-door at the Gramercy never had any experiences like that even in the middle of the night
But I’m glad you got out of that situation, bro good warning for my viewers very strange at 2 PM
Ive been here 7 months and walked in some of worst areas in Philippines with no issues. At first I thought they were begging for money. It started getting physical and they were ignoring me telling them to get away. You don't expect stuff to happen to you in popular areas in broad daylight. I should have yelled/screamed to get away, and I might even start throw punches in a similar situation in the future, but I wasn't prepared.
Crazy bro
I arrived here 3 weeks ago from Korea, and when i was checking in for the flight, they asked me for an onward ticket. Also, when looking for a place to stay, don't rush into signing a lease. I stayed at the Gramercy through airbnb, and what a nightmare. It is roach infested throughout the entire building because the management does a horrible job with pest control. Dont trust the pictures posted on airbnb because Filipinos are great at taking pictures and what you see online will not necessarily be what you receive. Also, everything Jasper stated about not being cheap is true. You will blow through cash like water if you are not careful.
Damn, I didn’t notice any roaches in my unit at Gramercy. Glad you made it brother.
Actually, if you become a citizen of the Philippines, you will be a Filipino by law. But it takes 10 years ( if not married). Naturalization laws are kind of similar to the US. If you speak Tagalog or Visaya fluently, you will be socially seen as a Filipino by most people.
As far as not telling people where you live, you are right. I once told one guy, and he was at my hotel the next morning asking me to pay for his daughter's medical bills.
Doesn’t matter. You’re still an outsider
@@JasperinthePhilippines Yes, if your face looks different, to strangers especially; and the same thing in America or any place else.
Correct.
@@JasperinthePhilippines In America, after the naturalization and all the pomp and the new passport, people still call you what you were before the naturalization. Kind of the same.
Luckily, not all people are like that.
For example, I speak Tagalog quite well, and the people who know me treat me as an equal. The problem is those who don't know you.
Same in the US.
But if you are say, a European and you have no accent, you are pretty much an American.
But not an Asian ( to many people) even if you were born in the US.
Same in the PH.
It's just that they are much kinder people overall.
I mean for me I don’t feel that way. I’m very much at home in America. Anytime you travel to another country where you’re different color and you’re perceived as Rich and all that you are definitely not home.
I cant stay a month on a couple of grand o dont know how they do it
Ok
Man I can’t wait to get there.
🫡 brother 🤝
oks sooo i had to fastfoward
Good boy
Rest A Bit
😴
But its more safe here because there's no mass shooting, 😅 no racial crimes
True
I haven’t been there since the NEVERS!
Remember that decade? Lol 😂!
Lol
Don't forget to tell the foreigners about cheese mizz and they are at the center of it all the time. Never tell them anything about yourself it will be used against you. Lol.
Tsismis
Not cheese 🧀 wizz
Lol no not cheese wizz
Cheese mizz. That us filipino slang for gossip. Believe me they all love to gossip. They will take a little truth and spice it up with lies and it will eventually grow and grow. Then everyone will know the lies and forget the truth....lol.
I have yet to meet a pinay that doesn't love to spread cheese mizz. Especially older women.
Another thing is there is no loyalty when it comes to a pinay. Not even their friends and family. Sisters play sick games when it comes to a man. I know. Lol.
They are only loyal to you if you got money. Run out of money got no hunny. They will burn you for a dollar. Lol
My girls Rich, you spelled it wrong. I’ve been here for A very long time. Hopefully U can learn from my channel. Thank you so so much. No time to read your novel just skimmed it.
Boy...I just can't wait to "dis-conect."
Facts
Wise words, well said.
Who is "Sniffle Dog?"
Beer flu
In Guatemala you have a good chance of being shot for your cell phone. I am glad that the Philippines have not descended to that level.
Facts
You should outright lie about where you live. If you live in BGC tell them you live in Cebu.
🙂🙂🙂
Never lie
I just thought of something.... as long as you have your *PASSPORT AND PLANE TICKETS* are you good to enter the Philippines 🇵🇭
Or....
Do you still need some form of permission by the government to enter????
You need an exit ticket within 30 days going anywhere
You need to go onto a little government website. It changes all the time and fill out something.
@@JasperinthePhilippines
Ok... thanks
No prob.
I forget the name of it maybe check out Jennifer Terry’s channel. It’s like a little app.
I'm not going to the Philippines
Ok 👍🏻
😂thank you for letting us know. Now we won't have to look for you.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I read that you can't own land, so if that's true, that's number one reason I wouldn't live there. Not putting myself at anyone's mercy. lol Also, is there still a rebel thing going on there? I'd have to read up. I never hear of anything anymore, but that sure as hell doesn't mean that it ain't going on.
No rebel thing really you can own a condo but not land technically
Yeah, just come for a visit or whatever
What’s Sana All?

This is good talk but with all the natural beauty to appreciate, why post up in the city man?
I was supposed to spend 5 days in Makati but i bounced out of there so quick!
Guess I'm just a country boy 😂
Exactly. City has it all modern conveniences gorgeous women. Then take weekend trips to the beach.
But ya country boys love the province.
Please add one thing or make a video about it:
How to deal with dishonest business practices. Are we supposed to just take them lying down?
You talked about pick pockets, but these are kind of easy to deal with. Hide your stuff well.
And the ones you should not tell your address to are also easy enough.
But:
There are many people who overcharge you, and do not give you change. Or swindle you in other ways.
For example, you take a small ferry boat. They tell you it's gonna be P 1000. Then, they stop in the middle of the waters and declare that now, you
must pay 1,500.
Or a trike driver. The fare is clearly written to be so much, but he demands like 20 X more.
Or say, a person grabs your bag and starts carrying it, or you ask for directions and they start taking you there, and then, they demand a tip.
These are not pick pockets and not thieves.
How do you deal with them?
Likewise, how do you deal with lousy customer service. At the hotel, a person on duty is not watching CCTV but is playing on his phone. Or waiters playing loud music on phones while you are eating.
Or you ask " Where is the nearest hospital?"
And she answers" I don't know!" WTH! In their own city?
If somebody grabs your bag and starts carrying it, you physically take the bag back if you did not ask them
In the ferry situation, you just eat it. You just pay it because it’s not worth going to jail for nine dollars. I had that happen with a breakfast in Boracay.
With a trike driver, you confirmed the rate multiple times and or even record him saying the rate
And all other overcharged situations, you simply say no, and you do not buy
He might be right but comes off as a tool!
Hey doofus
Jasper a great looking babe in her 30's with no kids how possible is that? Ive never been over yonder. I hear the word xpat what exactly is that?
Expatriate
Might have kids
It is possible though I know some.
