No loud jeepneys, no annoying tricycles, no roosters, no beggars, no homeless, no crime, low pollution, no visual poverty, lighter traffic, no graffiti, well mannered citizens, polite retail and restaurant staff, safe to walk even at night. Yes it’s more expensive than “regular” Manila, but I think it’s well worth the money. It’s the only place I’d live in the Philippines when I retire there. I’m in Northern California (Silicon Valley) now, and I feel safer in BGC than here at home 😂
Well--- I really like your videos.... I saw the video about renting condos in the Philippine. I made a comment and you took the time to respond..... I appreciate that
I’m a new Subscriber….Yeah I liked Makati when I was there before Covid-19 but I didn’t really know about BGC. I will retire in a few months and I’m moving to the Philippines. I will lease my home out though a company that takes care of all the headaches for 10% of the rent…..
Jasper you are really selling me on BGC. My hesitation with BGC has always been that I don’t want to live in just another concrete jungle. I always felt like I wanted to experience the real Philippines living near a Beach or some type of area with a lot of Palm Trees and far away from neighbors. I do like the convenience aspect of BGC that you mention. I think I will start in BGC and make that my hub. Thx for all your great info and I really appreciate your honesty and positive outlook on The Phils
I like the opportunity to meet and network with some higher class people like you said for a change..I will be doing some serious homework on BGC now...Looking at the poverty here in the RP day in and day out depresses me making me feel guilty..Hey im just a middle class USA guy trying not to sound snobby..Your not the only person that speaks highly about BGC so that tells me something
Jasper you have totally convinced me to stay in BGC for my first trip to Philippines. Much appreciated!…Wanted to rent a motorcycle and tour some of the Providence areas as well. Any suggestions where I should ride and cool places to visit outside the city?
Big fan of BGC too, though have you checked out New Clark City? It's being setup as a bigger version of BGC, also exclusively for the wealthy and proper open planning, no poverty around up there too. Cheers.
Well Said. BGC is a great home base, near a major airport, that allows you to conveniently travel Asia and the World. Condo life is good because of the doorman/security and when you are away traveling you don’t have to worry about your house getting burglarized. Women are rolling by in BGC like sushi, in a restaurant, on the little conveyor belt! Meet a good gal, take her out, take her to KL, Ho Chi Min or Hong Kong for a long weekend. What’s not to like!
Many UA-camrs mention BGC (The Fort) to New York (Manhattan), hate to say this, but New York is a dump with crime, racism, and people afraid to look at each other.
Jasper! Another great video brother, thanks! Reference the dating scene in BGC brother, PLEASE tell me the beautiful girls you speak of are not like the cold, Cali women?? I’m fearful of that? Stay safe my bro!👊🏻
Some of them can be a bit westernized and snobby some of them are not some just work there others live there. The ones that work there will be sweet the ones that live. There could be snobby if they don’t think that you’re very, very handsome kind of similar to the west but a bit better.
Yes kindly do a video on the best condo and most luxurious condo units (as well as hotels) to consider renting for a 1 month Discovery Trip making BGC my home base
#13 - No GD ROOSTERS!
So true.
Forgot that one 😂

Very nice. Thank you for subscribing
I have been living in BGC for 7 months now and I have NO DESIRE to live anywhere else in the Philippines.
Very cool.
I’m speaking facts
What is the name(s) of the condo buildings that have the largest and newest condo units in BGC?
Uptown Parksuites tower. 2
Cheaper option tucked in the back “Times Square”

Thank you my friend.
I am definitely not an authority on where to ride.
And it’s not outside the city of Manila but Leyte.
Cebu & iloilo are cool spots.
👍
I go to bgc in 2 weeks I'm so excited!
Very nice my friend 🤝

Uptown BGC around 10 pm is prime time for the hotties 😂 in front of Xylo nightclub 👌🏼
Big FACTS
Many UA-camrs mention BGC (The Fort) to New York (Manhattan), hate to say this, but New York is a dump with crime, racism, and people afraid to look at each other.
Bgc is better
100%
I would compare it more to Singapore than NYC
True
Is 2000 Dollars monthly enough to live on there?? A single 63 year old man, no vices.
Yes
A dozen reasons to move. I will.
Ok
Ty. Informative
You’re welcome.
Is there a beach near this bgc
No
Jasper, Just a reminder...Top 10 Red 🚩 when dating a Filipina...One per video... 🚩 Thanks
I did a video with 12!
Jasper! Another great video brother, thanks!

For us newbies, what does BGC stand for?
Bonifacio global city Manila
If you always stay in BGC, you will never see or understand the real PI. BGC is like living in a cocoon
Can leave anytime.
Nobody never ever leaves
Isn’t that the point? It is a cocoon. I get that it would be like going to Disney and saying you’ve “seen America”.
It’s a great home base
HOw expensive is BGC comparred to CEBU? Thanks
Maybe 30% more.
Big ranges in Cebu.
Are there parks in BGC..?
Yes
Can you do a video on apartments and how much they cost their?
Yes
Yes kindly do a video on the best condo and most luxurious condo units (as well as hotels) to consider renting for a 1 month Discovery Trip making BGC my home base
Ok guys
i concur, that would be awesome! 😁
I know this isn’t for everyone- is pay for play available?
I’m sure everywhere in the world
Not my area of expertise
BGC to live, naaa to expensive, rather live in the province with my 4 pensions. Granted BGC is good for shopping
If you have 4 pensions it’s cheap.
Actually rather expensive for shopping.
@@JasperinthePhilippines very
Looks like you’re moving to BGC !
Just kidding bro. The clean air & peace in the province is amazing.
