I do use the seam line on my knitted beanies when in embroider them :) … a tip I do when I am embroidering the beanies is I put a sticker/tape with an arrow pointing towards where the top of the design is to sit, this helps when you turn it inside out to do your printing/embroidery! Trust me it’s the only way I can do beanies hahaha

That does make sense but I have not personally tried it sounds like an awesome idea, remember I used a regular run of the mill beanie so I would test try to get results before I commit hope this helps thanks for watching Greatly Appreciated 💯💯💯

Cool video Bro. So, just watching your demo, I noticed you pre- stretched the beanie using the cardboard insert. Is that intentional as to combat the lack of stretch in the vinyl after printing? I experienced the stretch in the beanie, but distorted the vinyl. Thank you.
Yes but I was testing it out I. This video absolutely I knew that the vinyl may become loose after being stamped on beanie appreciate you watch but this was a cheap beanie as well as not all beanies are made the same 🗣💯💯💯🫠
Hey Mike, Appreciate the quick reply. Yeah, it's hard to predict, I bought some beanies off of Temu, they were $2 each, so I bought a bunch of them, with the purposes of trial and error. Hello! I'm so glad I found this video as I would have completely botched every single hat I have to add htv to! I would like to know with all of the flipping and all - did you still have to mirror the image when you cut it? I'm using my Cricut to cut.
Yes, whenever using Heat Transfer Vinyl, normally you have to mirror in this Video 📹 I did mirror ( some Htv without carry sheets don't need Mirror 😉)
What's those things on the self behind you? They look like collectors items!
Did you use the sport stretch vinyl i was told it's necessary for them and socks

Hey Mike I've just discovered your channel thank you for all the great tips that you're providing us, but I have a question can we transfer on beanies with heat transfer paper instead of htv?
if your are talking about a supacolor transfer absolutely but if its a sublimation you would need a high polyester count Appreciate you stopping by and thank you for watching !
Are you using streach vinyl or reg? Have you tried glitter yet
White stretch Htv is recommended but I used regular as this was trial and error I was experimenting to see if it would work Appreciate you taking the time to watch 🗣💯💯💪🏾

Press some designs on the head part but using puff vinyl. Do you think it’ll work on beanies ?
Definitely possible but not to sure as I have pressed puff on beanies
I just wanna know will it leave the cap stretched out by putting the cardboard inside and pressing it??
yes I over-cut it on here but also it was a very cheap hat ,The better the cap the chances are it will go back to original state after pressing ! Thanks for watching !!!

What if we use an iron to transfer... How much pressure should we do on that
