did the color change after the heat patch? it looks dingy white? maybe too hot? or will it wash off later? thanks
Hi Sally! Usually, any slight discolorations will fade and is usually caused by the heat but you do want to be careful that the item isn't burned! 😊
Yes, please press the bill. When I tried, I got pressure marks even though I used light pressure.

What measurements do you use the image?
Crystal sized her image to around 4 inches, however, she does recommend measuring to see what best fits your press. I hope that helps! ~ Katie 😊
Yes please. You said the temp was gonna be 400 for 60 then a message said 350 for 60 which one is correct. Can we get a closer view of the hat?
350 for 60 Seconds. 😊
How you make your labels on paper. Do I need a silhouette cutter? Or can I just print it out through printer?
These ones are sublimation so what you need is a special sublimation printer to print out designs. If you don't have sublimation printer you can use inkjet printer and use something like Siser DTV we just made a video about it if you would like to see it ua-cam.com/video/BV_8ejZuBWM/v-deo.html

Nice. I’m new to this I am using sublimation paper and ink, heat press and my design does not attach not even to the mugs what am I doing wrong
It sounds like your mug may not be meant for sublimation or your temperature or pressure may not be enough.
What would you recommend, I bought the cricut mugs

We are trying to sublimate a red image on a black trucker cap and it won't show up on the cap. Is it because it's too dark of a cap
It's because it's a dark color

5:28 sure looks like your 400° was too high. Anything above 350 will scorch most hat designed for sublimation.
That yellow box all around is pretty aweful though
Looks like they suffered from same issue I have with temperatures too high on cheep foam hats will scorch.
