    Yours is my first subscription where the artist also took the course. Your pour is gorgeous - great work!
    I cannot wait to start the hands-on! I've been through the whole course, but I haven't been able to find all the medium components, through an affordable vendor and in stock. (Blick is backordered - supposedly, another 18 days.) I hope that this means lots of artists are learning this method and getting ready to try for themselves. She worked hard to make the course, and I'm glad people are interested. It was fascinating.

    You must be a great learner - no surprise! This is beautiful. I've been using a dry canvas on a few blowouts for the vibrant colors. Watching you it's time to use base coats.

    I am a newbie less than 12 months. I did her course and did my first blow-out with her recipe I couldn't believe my results it was incredible.

    That certainly is impressive, I did an online course recently by one of the top Dutch pourers, there really wasn't much support, and I would get the same as watching tutorials from other artists that I respect. I am glad you found the process complete.

    This looks fantastic! I love how dark dioxazine purple dries - same for Prussian blue. It lets you go dark without using black 😊

    I too am a Olga convert - she is the cats meow. Her recipe has saved me so much paint and put the joy back in my painting.

    I love watching Olga but I thought she used just paint a water for her Dutch pours? I have heard her say that many times...but this pour used other ingredients and the recipe can also be used for cup pours, etc? I am confused....

      She has changed up her reciped a bit and uses some other ingredients to help cells form and to mainting color and composition better. Nothing exotic like Australian Floetrol luckily.

      Yeah, I too thought just H2O, having heard her say that alot. And I too, am now confused...?
      I liked that her incredible beauties were made with simplicity of H2O + paint recipe. Figured I just hadn't hit the right ratio/recipe yet.

    I'd love to be able to afford her class!! There are several artists on here with amazing classes i love, but, right now we're just trying to keep food on the table and a roof over our head:(

    omg I love this artist too . I love her rainbow pours ! Question I have all heavy body golden acrylic paints what do you reccomend 3 to 1 ? or 4 to 1 . By the way I just completed my first real art pour after watching you for hours ! lol
    Although I paint I just started 2 weeks ago with art pours .

      3+ to 1. I usually start there and then add more medium until I either have the consistency or the color I want. If I have the color but not consistency then I add water. That goes for most very pigmented high quality paints.

      Start with the very basics and master one method. I find that people that skip from technique to technique have the most trouble.

    I'm curious if you've tried it on smaller canvases? I took the course but I've been less than successful with my results. I can't figure out if I'm just terrible at using a blow dryer (entirely possible) or if I need to try it on a bigger canvas.

      I have not, but I wanted to try the planet pour so I was going to do some test small canvases. I’ll let you know how it goes.

      No, she only uses her mix which is definitely not the cheaper pouring mediums.

      I have her recipe. However it is proprietary information so I won't be sharing it anywhere on my channel. You can get these materials really easy in the US and Canada. Not sure how easily in other places but they are pretty common painting supplies.

    im sorry dont say anyone haha i did the couse and no luck mix exactly thinking it was my scales and nope brought 3 new scales all the same stuff i had to wait so long for it to all come to australia you can only imagine the cost lol having it all come here and the bad conversion rate dam no idea why its not working

      Absolutely not I won't give the recipe. That is her porprietary method which I learned by purchasing her course. I won't give that up to people that haven't taken it. That isn't right or honest.
      That being said, many of the thing I teach on this channel such as consistency and the varying on paint's weight/density should help you create cells with dutch pour consistency paint.       That I can completely understand. If you pay attention to your densities and make sure you are putting high density and low denisty next to each other before using your blow dryer and using known cell reactive paint like amsterdam you can still get some pretty awesome effects.@@LuckyDog-v3h

      @LeftBrainedArtist she does maybe a bit a varnish or wood conditioner to make it more fluid but not losing the properties like water does to it but floetrol its amazing u get excellent result with that 👌

    So if I don’t spend $150 to take the course, I won’t be a successful fluid art painter!😮. That’s about the most disappointing thing I’ve heard in a long while. ❤❤😮😅😅

      Taking the course can speed up the learning for sure but it is not required get art you love. Just like painting on your own you can learn to acrylic pour but watching videos can speed up that time to learn.

      I watch many videos, especially like yours, where you tell the good and the bad. I have found your videos to be quite informative and helpful. Thank you. I’m actually trying to learn so I can sell them at craft shows and bank some money in my granddaughters savings account. The future looks expensive 😊. I know that I’m not ready to sell them yet. I’m still learning about cracking etc., and I have just started getting better paints. I’m nowhere near ready for the “sealing” them part so I think it’ll be a bit longer. Thanks again
