I have Pegasus and it is the whole house water filter and water softener…not much more than NOVA with whole house filter and water softener. I love it!

Make sure you check with the CDD before you paint the outside of your house. There's a list of approved colors that you can choose. You can not choose a color not on the list.

Congratulations on 1k subs. Both of you are great, we enjoy every video. We had can lights in our kitchen but changed out the bulbs to LED from Amazon. It was simple and inexpensive but brighter.

Thanks so much and we are so glad that our ideas are helpful. No, Abbie and Alle are from different parents about 4 months apart. I think we sent the wrong message by calling them puppies; they are actually both 10 years old. We just have a habit of calling them puppies. Your can lights should be LED. If in fact they are hot as you mentioned then they must be incandescent. Changing them out to LED is extremely cheap and really as easy as screwing in a lightbulb. Then you will have cool practically free lighting.
Thanks so much, I will check them out. I think that even if they are LED we will still add the LED strips because we really like the look. We usually choose the functional but here I think we will splurge for aesthetics. We will add our choices to the future upgrade video once we get these accomplished.
Were you able to go ahead with the under/over cabinet LED lighting project? I have to paint above the cabinets now that I saw this and would love that type of lighting too. We close in Nov.
Thanks for your comment and we haven't done the LED cabinet lighting yet, but I hope to get it done by the time you close in November. Congratulations on your purchase! I plan to use Aqara T100 LED Light strips and link them to an Aqara hub so that they are fully automated with Apple home but I also plan to install an Aqara Wireless Mini Switch for simple operation. In our model I have two outlets above the cabinets so I can run all the power there and hide the wires in the rear of cabinets. I plan to make a detailed video when I do it, but you can find examples on UA-cam. If you don't want to do it yourself I am sure there are a lot of folks local who will do it for you. Hope your transition goes well and we hope to see you when you arrive.
Excellent and we have an oriole model so I’m assuming I’ll have the same outlets. In fact, I think one of them is switched. Good luck on your project and I think my dry run will be in the laundry room. Lol.
@@johnalexander541 Yes, one of them is switched and good idea about starting in the utility room/butler pantry. The Centric WiFi router is on top of the cabinets with the fiber feed. We have had great luck with Centric for internet access.
Would you consider setting up an Amazon store link like Mike and Tiffany, from The Villages Experience, did on their channel?

Great question, and thanks for sharing. Yes, we did have gutters installed around the whole home. We chose the 6 inch gutters because of the heavy rain we get here. We are really happy with the result.

The indigo and the ottowa are actually the same model. The difference is that the Indigo is a designer home and the Ottawa is a Veranda. So which you have depends on whether or not you have an enclosed courtyard.
Great ideas. Since you guys are from Leesburg, family gatherings are plentiful (plenty of times and plenty of people). Whole house is probably your first to do because it saves pipes, appliances, bathroom surfaces, and your skin. Sounds like you have several renovation videos in the future. We are happy to accompany the two of you on these endeavors. Our retirement was delayed by 6 months, so now looking to moving to FL in 2025!🎉❤😊 Congrat on the 1k family!!!
