Love this presentation
Really interesting content.
The best UX improvement in the future would be ONE CONSISTENT LANGUAGE
like spoken /written language? like english is to scieence?
@@wolfgang16 programming language used for front end Development
Interesting ...it was first purchase then experience in the PC era, but first experience then purchase in the web era!
Great speech. but the thing that catching my eyes is a minor User Experience issue with "100 year view" slide. the prediction about UX growth is amazing but it is very hard to match a year with numbers . adding bunch of lines to match them would be better to read and analyze.
was surprised not to see Ethics of UX in either of those lists. would that just fall under UX Methodology?
I guess so
Great video

I sometimes think, maybe NN was just lucky and jumped on the bandwagon early. While listening to Don Norman is awsome and. He really understands people on a fundamental level, NN comes up with all this wierd and sometimes entitled/passive aggressive things like “Corporate UX Maturity”. Do “more” on bigger screens? I don’t want to “do” more, exactly the opposite. And as Homo Sapiens is pretty limited as it comes to sensorial intake, feeding it with “more” information will just paralyse people (especially upper managers) as their mental model of the world is so simple yet effective: I yell at people. If nothing happens I fire them and rehire for less money. I can not see how “better” software will make people of this caliber help making better decisions…

UX designers = Voice user experience.
!!!! This! The new Javascript front end fad is a fantastic example. It is a terrible regression in so many aspects. It loads slowly, it won't load until you acknowledge the tab, it stops working after a certain amount of time forcing you to refresh, it is just generally buggy, it makes you take extra steps for SEO when developing... UGH WHY PEOPLE WHY
Was watching this and thinking 'this guy is so out of touch with his ideas' and the realised - done in 2018!

super boring, too much bla bla, he could of done it in 10 minutes.
It's a keynote speech. They are meant to be deeply informative. Which this was, at least to UXers.
