So what was up with that one light that kept going out? And did you ever record footage of the light bar at night and compare it to the headlights?

I clean up the wiring off camera where I can take my time to do it and not feel the pressure of the lens. Electrical is not my forte so I always hook things up and make sure they are working properly before making any major modifications to wiring.
