That is a great tarp, I like the hammock zips, and so big compared to the packed down size, when you compare with family sized tents which you would never take solo camping. You could open one end and have a fire out while staying dry.
@fogerkarlsson7406 Hi! In open A- frame no problem at all. When in tarp tent configuration, tarp ends should be open, and the best is to use one spreader bar or even better is to use sync connector system. So, using 3 or 4 close trees and not a spreader bar. Because the spreader bar tends to rise up when only one person is one hammock and can damage your tarp. Sync system is much better in this case, you even can partially close ends of this tarp in this way..!! You can watch my video about Onewind Colossus bugnet review.. there you will see what I'm talking about, what is sync system. But if using a spreader bar- use a short spreader bar like an Eno Tandem Fuse about 72cm, I think. Because that 1.1m long one from Onewind is too long, it raises too high when one person is inside one hammock. This is huge and awesome tarp, but we need to be careful with bar tandem systems, and it goes for any tarp. I actually was thinking of trying to tie down hammocks with extra ropes so that bar can not rise higher as it is- so on level.. I will thy that some day.. Because in tandems, that is a problem, you can't place tarp close to you when windy.. of course you can.. as long as both people are inside hammocks. If one leaves a hammock, you can end up with a hole in your tarp.
Thank you for the reply! Yeah I bought the Eno spreader bars (silly expensive) so me and my wife can hang together. The problem has been with my UGQ winterdream 12 foot tarp, it’s getting a bit cramped of space under it. Been looking at both this tarp you are reviewing and the One tigris tegimen tarp, the later I’ve seen reviews about it leaking. So you are saying it’s no problem having to hammocks in it with closed doors as long as you are careful not ripping the tarp with the hammock spreader bars? Best regards ma man, keep it up!
@fogerkarlsson7406 Hi! You can have two hammocks with one door closed, when you using one spreader bar on head end, but foot end connect together to one strap or two straps very close to each other (Like one higher, other lower) Or both doors open/ partially. You can not close both doors in tandem.
Glad to see that Borat has finally gotten into camping!
Love it I was going to buy the 12" tarp with doors but now I can't decide 😂
@matteotamberini2152 Take both..! 😁😁 Each of them has its place depending on situations..

@utubeape Yeah, it is a really big tent, but it packs down almost as a one person tent..!! I love it.
👍👍👍🖖
How is it with two hammocks in it?
