This track appears on the second Soundtrack Album for the game "The Other Side" and all the music on that Disc is done by Norihiko Hibino. He also came back and done extra tracks for Substance such as the VR Training stuff, etc.
Williams only done around 40% of the score, which was mainly cutscene work and grand events in the game, Hibino is the guy responsible for the gameplay side, from the jazzy sound of the Struts on the Plant to boss themes such as Yell Dead Cell and Father & Son.

Liquid, although was a bit of a mustache twirling villain, was also led to believe that he was the lesser clone with the recessive genes from Big Boss so he had that complex that he had to prove himself. Which he did many times over. But his will to prove himself worthy and surpass Big Boss blinded him to his reality. I think Ocelot had a lot to do with manipulating him too, as Liquid ended up being just another pawn in the long run. I guess his genes and perception detached him from his own humanity, where Solid found reasons to fight beyond just simply being the best at what he does.

I've just finished getting the Big Boss codename in Extreme, the difficulty comes when you do a non-lethal run because using the tranquilizer gun means less dmg and no stun against certain enemies. For example, that sniping part is less difficult when using the regular PSG-1 rather tham the T version. Tengus are much easier using Nikitas and Stingers.

Basically, it transfers the save from a PS3 game ported from PSP, to the PSP (Let's remember that Peace Walker isn't the only game from PSP that is going to come out in PS3), that way you can use your save in both versions of the game. Of course, you can then transfer it back to PS3 and keep playing with the updated graphics and features.

@pimentx You can see that in MGS2 it's a strugle between Ocelot and someone else.
That is why he removed Liquids arm. but in MGS2 it was liquid.
in MGS4 it was not. it was Just Ocelot that had gone trough mind therapy to become Liquid's mental double ganger. I would not say Ocelot is evil, far from that. I would say hes one of the good guys.
in MGS4 he really thinks he is Liquid after so much mind therapy and drugs.
Only when Snake kick hes ass does he get back to this world.

If Metal Gear ever gets a new entire (not a remake like MGS Delta) it should be about Solidus' upbringing. He's the most interesting of the brothers with he idealistic war against the Patriots. It a shame we know so much about him yet so little compared to Snake and Liquid...

actually solidus killed raidens parents on purpose. it was sort of an experiment for solidus. he needed to see if he was really other people's creations. raiden was sort of the test subject, he formed and shaped raiden into a killer and thus creating a monstrosity, just like solidus who was created to be a monster. so it sort of proves his theory. its pretty cold, but like mondo said he was machiavellian.
