YES! I’ve been wanting someone to bring this up and provide some kind of explanation. I did come across 1 comment that mention it was in context of Melody referring to the Detectives telling her there is no way that body should have been burnt that badly. But surely the defense team would’ve explained that. I don’t recall that explanation ever mentioned during the trial. Unless I missed something? Did Melody know she was being recorded during that phone call? I thought she did at that point, so it’s very confusing to me why she would say something so incriminating.
Melody is guilty. I moved a 400lb or over dead bear with my lawn tractor and it was easy. Im 4foot 10 and 97lb. @beyondlondon8600 for the average suburban Joe Bloggs 10 acres is plenty big. Call it a ‘hobby farm’ or just a property with some pets. Whatever it is it was well maintained and that takes work. My little front & back yard doesn’t look after itself & occupies many hours of my spare time for its upkeep along with my pets who rely on me also. The Farris home & grounds were beautiful. Gary had serious work commitments & Melody spent a lot of time away so I presume Scott did his fair share of yard work & looking after the pets.

They are simply doing their job and that job includes defending their client. I also believe she’s guilty as sin, but I don’t begrudge the attorneys for zealously defending their client. They know as well as everyone else does that she did it, but their job is to defend the murderer, not pass judgement on her.
The title was misinformation. And those lawyers owe apologies to Scott, Chris, and Emily for trying to implicate them. And they owe apologies to the 2 women that Gary flirted with for labeling it as "an affair" knowing full well it was not.

Just because she told Rusty he’s on the burn pile, isn’t evidence of guilt, she may have suspected Scott of the murder, saw Gary was on the burn pile, and didn’t know what to do… so she waited. That weasel talking about Scott's failed polygraph as if it matters. I can tell you right now if I was on a jury and a lawyer mentioned a polygraph I'd immediately think they were grasping at straws. These guys need to delve into people with PTSD and the triggers that affect them. Scott had been subjected to some pretty horrible things at war and on the daily at home with his parents. He knew his mom was deceitful and had it out for his dad and witnessed her shatter that plate and scream that she couldn't wait for the day he was dead in a rage, and that stuck with him, adding to all of the other trauma. Naturally, when his dad was missing, he was on a mission to find out what happened and who was behind it. And he wasn't naive to the evils of the world, not even from his own mother. PTSD is a monster, but it doesn't make anyone into a killer. Desperation and selfishness make people killers.

Polygraph results aren’t 100% and thats why they aren’t allowed in as evidence in a court hearing. Your emotions at the time play a big part of the results.
What convinced me that melody was the murderer was in the phone call to Rusty where she referred to Gary as "that body" shouldn't have been burnt up that bad. Referring to Gary as a "body" tells me, she knew he was dead when he was put on the burn pile. When people are found dead, they are always referred to as a "body" if they are strangers. What's callus is she hated him so much she did not name him as gary, or my husband or the kid's father she coldly referred to him as "that body"
It's also a bade decision to carry bags of fertiliser across the court room to give an impression of how much the victim weighed. Slaphead was embarrassing.
We only have Melody’s word for what Gary thought and she isn’t exactly trustworthy. The thing is that Melody is the only one that benefited from Gary’s death, she was listed as the beneficiary on everything. So if Scott was still getting money from his dad, all that stops when his dad dies. So how does Scott benefit from his dad’s death, he doesn’t. Only melody does. Melody is the only one to get the money = Melody is the only one that benefits from his death. The kids that are still getting money from their dad only benefit if their dad is still alive to give them money.
If Scott did it; (I don’t believe he did); then why did Melody say to Rusty (late night on the 3rd/early on 4th) “he’s in the burn pile” BEFORE the body was even discovered??? Only the killer could know he was on the burn pile at that stage. Plus, we KNOW That Martha Jane testified that Melody despised her husband and we know Melody objected to Gary’s generosity towards the adult kids, because she was money hungry. Also, when Rusty double checked about her saying that, she didn’t deny it, she just said she couldn’t remember…. As if you wouldn’t remember saying that!
Gary's will and insurance policies were in Melody's name, not in Scott's. So what exactly would Scott get ?? Nothing because Melody would not give her kids anything except for Amanda

I thought she did at that point, so it’s very confusing to me why she would say something so incriminating.

it was not a farm. it was a 10 acre property with some pets.

NO, I BELIEVE IS NOT GUILTY! THEY GOT IT WRONG......
Still throwing Scott under the bus
And why did Melody sit so far away and never say a peep to the attorneys? That alone made her look guilty.
John Luke Weber is why people don’t like lawyers..he didn’t fail polygraph he had issues with the examiner and walked out…didn’t finish exam

Most viewers were not split. Every poll I saw more than 80% thought she did it.
Scott was not on trial. No evidence!
She did! Melody did it! The phone calls did it for me!
Melody was so guilty. She was so hateful. The prosecutor was great but the two defense attorneys were confusing everyone. She looks like a witch. A bad mug shot . Thankful for the jury.I watched all the trial & I was sure she was guilty.
By the time you are her age the hate comes through on your face. On her face. I just feel so sad for poor Gary. He seemed like a wonderful father. A good man. So sorry. She is a greedy woman.
MelodyWalker (she doesn't deserve to be called Farry) was found guilty because she is guilty!!!
These fraudulent clowns should no longer be allowed to spread their blatant lies!
I am very disappointed in Vinnie for still supporting this.
I hope Scott sues everyone involved for defamation, they deserve it!!
Ridiculous
Now Scott won’t have to get a job; he can freeload off his dead father’s money. He was a viable suspect, but investigators went after Melody instead. Scott turned the cameras off, he has a violent temper. He tried to persuade daddy to give him money; Gary vehemently refused. Scott shot him in anger. He’s the only one that had the physical ability to move him. And yes, regardless of the prosecutor stating it wasn’t important… it was the most important part of the trial. Whoever moved his body, murdered him. Before paramedics and police came to the residence, Scott was already proclaiming to his siblings that it was his property.
I’m sorry, but if my life is on the line I’ll be standing for the jury! Common sense court etiquette, it’s a no-brainer.
Too entitled! Look at where it got her!
Scott should take a very good lawyer and get Melody's defense attorney to stop blaming him‼️
Stop blaming the son, because Melody her greedy character ‼️😳

Scott was stealing from his dad. Marital property; Gary’s money was Melody’s money by law! And Scott was stealing it!
@@stacyfishback7893 his mission started too soon. It went from ..have you seen your father?
To.. seeing red flags. Where's that gun Omg, she found his wallet in the car! So suspicious. This is all before they know anything. Gary may have been fine and dandy somewhere and Scott is in an absolutely panic locking his mother up for shooting him already. This is also how the ambulance captain described him when he met them. Not in shock or upset. In a panic.
100% agree. Very suspicious behavior by Scott. @@tinalouise4
I don’t support Melody but your description of PTSD it’s actually inaccurate.
He has not got ptsd, he would not have acted that innocently even though i think he is guilty. He never raised his voice. Who has PTSD with anger issues, he showed no anger. He was the one who was the organiser with this case. He is guilty.
They were both having affairs get it right, they both were living separate lives. So why should Scott be angry at his mother only? Why because the father had the purse strings and he was going to cut the boys off, plus Gary did not take Melodys card away from her or stop it. Let’s get that right. He however wanted to stop those two from stealing his money.
She is guilty!!
Actually jurors did notice MelodyFarris didn’t not stand for them.
GUILTY as charged. Jury did a careful job, sounds like. They got it right.
These lawyers need to stop already. They annoyed me the whole trial and they are still at it. The woman lied, she detested Gary, she was greedy, and she is a narcissist. Scott did not kill his dad. And shame on Rusty too. He's a lowlife. She shot Gary in the house. He staggered outside and she finished him off. She got the tractor and dumped him on the burn pile. The end. And any mother who tries to blame her child for her murderous behavior is twisted beyond repair. I just dont know why they didnt divorce...think about it in jail Melody.
nothing in tractor.
When your adrenaline pumped up you can move anything!!
It was a mistake not to stand when the jurors came. It is not respectful.
It was not respectful, but that's not the reason why Melody Farris is in prison.
That advice to defendants to not stand for the jury is bad advice.
Scott....I've owned a horse farm and it is hard work. The guy earned his keep.
Melody sold the farm. 😮
Well obviously his father didn’t think so. He was a moocher; shame on him for a grown man living at home free.
Really she sold the farm since the murder?@wolke1955
Juror. Melony did deny doing it. She said it to Rusty. Scott had the motive and the means. His own dad accused him of stealing. They threw their mom under the bus! Scott turned the cameras off.Had bullets that would have matched the gun. His bathroom was spotlessly cleaned, yet the rest of the apartment above the barn was filthy. He washed away the evidence. He lived on the property. He would have been the only one able to move the body. SHAME ON THIS JURY. This was not a slam dunk; So much reasonable doubt. Juries are getting more and more biased and convicting people on what hasn’t been proven beyond reasonable doubt
Yes! The people who say he was a slacker have never worked a farm.
why is he continuing that lie that he told her not to stand? he did not tell her that and it was the worst move I've ever seen a lawyer make but if it is true he's the worst lawyer I've ever seen
Fascinating thank you for talking to Melody's team. I wonder where she will be housed now! Regards Rosie O 🏴
Bad decision to ever tell a criminal defendent that you don't need to stand for the jury. Even subconsciously, those jurors will notice.
It's also a bade decision to carry bags of fertiliser across the court room to give an impression of how much the victim weighed. Slaphead was embarrassing.
@@SaraONeillDesign agree 👍 no respect
We only have Melody’s word for what Gary thought and she isn’t exactly trustworthy. The thing is that Melody is the only one that benefited from Gary’s death, she was listed as the beneficiary on everything. So if Scott was still getting money from his dad, all that stops when his dad dies. So how does Scott benefit from his dad’s death, he doesn’t. Only melody does. Melody is the only one to get the money = Melody is the only one that benefits from his death. The kids that are still getting money from their dad only benefit if their dad is still alive to give them money.
Exactly. Who believes her?!
Yep last she was heard saying "this would be last time kids taking money when dad paid for Enily's house
She will be "fine in jail? ha ha ha ha Are you kidding me????
These are the BEST defense attorneys I've ever seen!!!
These 2 attorneys pride were broken because they did not get their client off. They need to quit blaming Scott. Scott did not kill his dad.
How sleezy is that. Pin it on the son who had to be traumatized to find his father’s charred skull smoldering. Scum bags.
Scott was the scapegoat for reasonable doubt. That was all they wanted from using Scott.
It was NOT SCOTT!!!!!
So if scott, allegedly failed the polygraph test, why didn't the police and the prosecutors charge him?
Can’t be used in court
As a lay person it is clear the right person is locked up.
The jury was all lay people too, and they got it right.
Melody can’t look warm! She’s facing life!
Gary's will and insurance policies were in Melody's name, not in Scott's. So what exactly would Scott get ?? Nothing because Melody would not give her kids anything except for Amanda
Melody is guilty not Scott Yes ask melody the liar
I just want to know what the end game was. You blame your own son for the murder of your husband, it somehow works on the jury and you're acquitted, then what? You're free and just living with having told the whole world the murder was your son's fault? You just ruin your whole family, live free, and deal with that? Amazing. Enjoy prison, Melody.
So petty of you. Where are your prayers for her?

She only cares about herself a true narcissist...
@@rachaellynn4147are U feeling ok geofence don't lie look it up.. it's impossible for Scott having done it..
melody took Gary's phone after killing him big mistake she was caught red handed with his phone and her phone side by side..thank god they could afford it...
One less man for me to meet. Gary seemed like a very nice guy. Yes, I am sure he had his faults.
Do NOT speak for Gary when he is not here to speak for himself!

I hope Scott and Chris but, especially Scott SUES these two defense attorneys for defamation!!!! Their client has been convicted of MURDER, she is GUILTY
I very much hope so too ‼️🙏
🤣🤣you mean he got a damn job!!!
MY OPINION THE JURY DID NOT GT THIS RIGHT!
Scott needs to get legal help and sue these lawyers for defamation, that woman who is no way near being a “mother” had a jury of peers, who she showed no respect to by remaining seated in court, based on evidence and facts, is guilty and will be sentenced for her conviction.
scott is laughing all the way to the bank. he is noit complaining.
Melody should have gotten a divorce.
