Finesse Bass Fishing in Standing Timber (Summer Drop Shot)

I finally made it out on my local lake in Maryland on a steamy early July afternoon for some summer bass fishing. With scattered thunderstoms in the area, I decided to take advantage of the low light and throw topwater baits. It didn't pan out so a drop shot was my next bait of choice. I started fishing deep weedlines, but they didn't produce. I hit some standing timber and the drop shot found it's mark and helped me land a handful of chucky summer bass. All I throw when drop shot fishing is the morning dawn roboworm thanks to your videos. I'm sure there are several other colors that work, but now that I have confidence in that color I stick with it.
