Hello sir, I’m from Nigeria, I have over 6- year teaching experience as an English teacher, can I also apply for this position? If no, can a Nigerian English teacher get a teaching job in either Vietnam or Cambodia?
So this position in particular is ONLY for people from Ghana. - BUT, you could take the AVSE course and it comes with job assistance. You could try Cambodia or Vietnam. In Vietnam you need a degree. - You should be aware tho, Nigerians and people from Africa often experience prejudice and challenges sometimes when trying to obtain visas etc. I would suggest send your CV in an Email to Peter, the director of the course. AVSE program has a separate course for people who are already TEFL certified. It’s focused on finding a teaching job in the country. It’s called Teaching Jobs Abroad program.
