There are plenty of people who live full time in Siem Reap. It has a vibrant ex pat scene and all of my friends who live here have been here for years. Its mostly english teachers that are transient and passing through that leave after a few months. People who have careers tend to stay long term as they are owning / running busineses and being a part of the fabric of society.

Number 1, 2 and 3 would be boring, i just find it boring there no matter how many times i go there. Number 4, 5 and 6 would be traffic, too much traffic on roads at peak times, just a pain getting around at peak times.
