Even in the most backwards of states where execution is still practised an execution is not considered just until guilt has been proven. If you killed someone cruely and for no reason or for a immoral reason then you should be killed yourself and not after 20 years in jail and then given the Death Penalty. If you are given Death Penalty it should be done within 2 years.. and if you are given Life in Prison you should not be given 3 meals a day, hot bath, sitting around playing cards and watching TV with other scumbags.. You should be given 1-2 meals a day and hard labour... and if you refuse you should be put in a walled room with a magazine.
